It's Hellmans not Hallmans
Regular is 5.5 per level tablespoon, Light is 2 per level tablespoon and Extra Light is 0.5 per level tablespoon.
Found it in the directory for you!
Hope that helps!0 -

Well done to the losers and STS:T
I have just returned from a 7 mile walk with OH and as always arrived home ravenous hungry.......
I am doing xtra easy so no HEs left, my options were fruit or scrambled eggs......boring......
So I decided to plump for the scrambled eggs but stirred in half a tin of salmon in the last minute of cooking, THEY WERE LUSH and I felt like I was having something luxurious.
Going to have them for breakfast one day on toast:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Hi All,
I’m struggling and need some support and am hoping this is the right place to get it. Have been on SW on and off (at home) since 2007, in mid April this year I started on it again as I’d just changed jobs and was determined to have a healthier lifestyle and sort myself out once and for all. I’ve been doing quite well if you look at the bigger picture (I’ve got lots to lose) and I’ve lost 9lbs since mid April. I started off eating better and sticking to the plan, then I bought a Wii Fit and really got stuck into it. My problem is that despite religiously sticking to plan and exercising for about an hour a day (if you include my walks home from work, perhaps more than an hour) I’m only shifting half a pound (and sometimes less) a week, I had one good week (Race for Life) where I dropped 4lbs. What if anything can I do to speed it up? It’s getting me down a bit now and I don’t want to lose heart and drop out of it altogether.
Any advice gratefully received. xx:staradmin0 -
starjumper - try posting your daily menu's/snacks & drinks on here every day and we'll check it for you (I mean EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth
). Are you drinking enough water? Eating enough speed foods? Varying your diet enough? We all get into a rut with yoghurts/quorn/pasta etc
