Did you input the 'free food allowance' (egg in the case of the egg mayo, lf yog in the case of the muller etc?)0 -

though I have to say, I make a lot of homemade sauces and Im really starting to feel sad about how badly onions and garlic fry in the olive oil fry lite!maybe I should sacrifice my bread or cereal and have my olive oil as HE b, I can do that right?

lots of banana & strawberrys whizzed up with natural yogurt & a bit of sweetner
sunday roast (grilled chicken, slimming world roasties, loads of boiled veg, home made gravy with onions & mushrooms & garlic & 1 knorr chicken stock cube, bit of tomatoe puree)

anyway have a wonderful day guys and galsXXX
Just checking that you know the 'smoothie' should be synned. Fruit is only free if it is 'whole from the bowl' the minute you blend, puree, mash, blitz or cook it, it counts as syns. Not mega loads, but a few.
stock cube and tom puree also syns
and yes, 1tbsp olive oil is a HB, so if you want to use it instead of cereal / bread or whatever, then you are able to do so.
Sorry to sound so picky, as your weight loss is great!:j But I think it is better to pick these things up as we see them so that none of us get into 'bad' habits0 -

I know they are free though so I'm not going to count them. It was a normal mullerlight that I syned too - not a layers one which I know is syns.

The aldi ones arn't free anymore - at least not the optifit ones with the grains. I used to love those!
Some things slimming world decides are going to be free - because the health benefits outweigh the syn calculation. So if you just enter the numbers from the packet, the computer doesn't know what the product is and just goes by the numbers and gives it a syn value, however if you tell the calculater it is a muller yogurt a little light clicks on and it goes - oh Muller - yes they are free!:DWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

The reason (that I have been told) is that you are able to eat far more of a fruit if you 'blend, puree, mash, blitz or cook it' than if you eat it raw and whole. I could easily make a smoothie of 2 bananas, large handful of berries, yog etc, and have that in addition to a standard breakfast - but actually each morning I eat berries, yog and one banana and find it satisfies me til late morning.
Its similar to a glass of orange juice. You would have to juice 5 oranges to make a small glass, but would you sit and eat 5 whole oranges? Thats why the juice is synned and the whole fruit is free.0 -
I shall pop by later with todays menu - am doing Easy today, but right now, I am off to my hoola hooping class
