Thanks for taking a look, I do drink water in the evening but will up the intake, you don't think a whole pack of coctail sausages is excessive then? I munched them all morning at work. Got on scales this morning and had lost 1.5 lbs that wasn't showing on weigh day yesterday so am pleased but of course wanted twice that amount.Skint_Catt wrote: »BradnJanet - looks ok to me - I can't see anything drastically wrong. Are you drinking enough water? Water is essential for digestion though it can be replaced by tea/coffee but you still need plenty.

No, I don't think it's excessive really. If you're concerned then cut down - I still look at it as though a 'non-SW person' could do the same! YUMMY!

VLT - I believe it's the LOWEST value you take on EE.

I copied this from the bodyoptimise website:Hello,
Can someone explain how to work out sin values on extra easy days please?
Each day choose between 5-15 Syns and enjoy them as part of your meal or between meals. You’ll find a list of hundreds of every day foods and their Syns values here. On Extra Easy, where the red and green number differ, count the lower one.0 -
