consultant31 - Thanks for your reply. I know I have plenty of veg with my evening meal, but not always with lunch. This is often a mug shot or tin sainsburys veg ravioli as they are easy to do at work. I suppose you could say I follow a green 'day' with an extra easy evening meal, do you think this could make a difference?
    Here's a typical day -

breakfast - oats (heb) soaked in muller light overnight & banana

    lunch - sains veg ravioli

    snack - apple

dinner - baked potato, tuna mixed with vlf cottage cheese & sweetcorn. with salad.

    snack - frozen muller light.

HEa is skimmed milk in my tea.

To be honest I think my Saturday out was the main reason I stayed the same, as in the past following a night out I always gained.

Very well done to all of you who lost this week.

Hi all, I am new to SW, so I hope you don't mind me joining in.

Can anyone tell me the syn value for a tin of campbell's condensed (cream of) tomato soup? I have a Quorn recipe with rice that I normally do and wondering if I can get away with it on a green day without using up ALL my syns!

    Thanks!

Hi 4lison. Well I was struggling before when I hit the plateau so decided to try something else. What I've actually done is just stop thinking about food and ate normally! i haven't put much back on but I want to try again now as I still have at least 5 stone to lose.

I'm doing the Moonwalk next weekend so the walking has toned me but I haven't lost any weight doing it so now's the time to start thinking the SW way again!

green day today (EE never agreed with me)

B; dry fried egg and spaghetti
L; Pasta with spicy passata (think this was free)
D; Quorn peppered steak and mash/SW chips with carrots & green beans
Lq; Diet Pepsi, Tea (Milk HeA), SF Squash

    C xx

    Hi everyone

Can someone post up which yoghurts are free please? I know mullers are, but when I get to the supermarket I'm not sure what else is or isn't so I end up buying more muller, or nothing if I don't think the deal is good enough!!!

    Thanx

I know Lasting Satisfaction are too (and often on offer) but can't think of any others off the top of my head sorry - and I'm slightly out of touch!
