I was surprised how choclatey it was for the little sprinking you get. Well worth a try if you like that sort of thing.

....eh girls, only if you like choccy :rotfl:

Seems very quiet around here lately.

A lot of the 'regulars' who were around when I joined the thread don't seem to be around these days. Where is everyone?

WI for me tomorrow and to be honest I dont think I have lost a thing.......despite sticking to the plan 100% and only having up to 8 syns a day I have stepped on my home scales and they are not budging:mad:

My target is to lose 14lbs but I only lost a measly 1/2 pound in my first week.

Has anybody else had a slow start??
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Well im going to my first SW meeting tomorrow at 7.30pm in huddisfield this is new to me but i want to loose weight and get my confidance back. I go to the gym every other day if doest fall on a sat and sun when im on shift as i work 12 hr days and only open till 8pm. Due to my shifts i struggle with meetings etc but have sorted it so i can go to the next 11 after 2morrow but then work will get in the way for 2 week!! I really want to do it but dont want to have to pay double when i have to work and would rather be at a meeting.
