I need something to snack on as I have not been feeling very well over the weekend and for some reason keep wanting to snack - I had three alpen light bars yest so one must come out of my syns which would have been OK if I hadn't already had ketchup, curly wurly and a mini milk!
Pickles onions are free on both days:cool:
Hope you feel better soon. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I had a rubbish day yesterday with a pint of beer, crisps, fatty sarnie for lunch and chocolate......ooops
Oh well I'm back on track and think I've done ok?
Breakfast -
Weetabix, fat free yoghurt and strawberries
Lunch -
Eggs, quorn bacon, mushrooms cooked in frylight and baked beans
Dinner - Fruit salad and fat free yoghurt, cube of cheese and toast
I'm also having milk in my tea, that sound ok?
I was just looking at your menu - won't you be hungry as there doesn't seem to be any potatoes or pasta - I presume you're on a green day. Not saying I'm an expert at all though x0 -
:TThank you Welshmoneylover! :TOnward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Can anyone give me ideas for dinner. My husband is trying to lose weight and just wants baked potatoes and beans for his tea. I don't know what to do for me and my daughter though. We both like pasta and rice dishes but it musn't taste like diet food because she isn't on a diet!
I love the SW sweet and sour chicken and so does she (she has proper chips with hers though!). Trouble is we had it twice last week!
Also, one of the ingredients is raspberry vinegar and, although I originally got it from Sainsburys, I now can't find it anywhere! Ive looked in Sainsburys and Asda but don't know if Tesco do it?0 -

You get a muffin tin, spray it with fry light and put two slices of ham in the bottom of each one (I think they hold 12), crack and egg into it then put it in the oven for 3-4 mins (or till the egg is cooked)
Cut them in half and servethey are really nice

Yes, you can do EE for just one day!
You can easily incorporate it into the week.
Hope you have a fab evening! x0 -

thanks for that
i had a free lunch (pastryless quiche and salad, yoghurt and fruit )
so a prawn cocktail and a steak with SW chips and roasted veg followed by fresh fruit salad was doable on an original day but i wanted more chips!!! and to use my syns for the bubbly!
