Thanks
I have taken my email off now - thanks for the heads up. :beer:0 -
WI today and I'm gutted as I only lost 1/2 lb. I keep a diary all the time and haven't cheated (and I measure EVERYTHING as I'm a bit OCD about it) so why it's low I don't know
Mind you my other half did accuse me of cheating last week as I'd given blood the night before - I didn't think it would have made much difference but maybe it did! BeachBeth I exercise more when dieting as I find otherwise I don't lose at all after about week four - I think my metabolism slows down to compensate. ATM I'm doing 20 mins exercise DVD, then 20 mins on the WII, and when I'm pushing the pram to/from school I try and walk as fast as possible (have to go a bit slower when I've got my five year old with me though). Just walking to and from school gives me my 10000 steps a day so I'm happy with that. I fit the DVD/wii in usually when my littlest is having his afternoon nap but I have to be really disciplined and get changed as soon as he's down, otherwise I don't have time for it all and a shower afterwards, esp as I've got to fit lunch into the time as well!! Mind you, my other half is away for a few days so maybe I should try doing an hour in the evenings to get things moving again . . . hmm at this rate I'll be doing eight hours a day on the bike (with a bike trailer for the baby) by August!

I'm feeling rather fed up today. I've been back on the plan for 3 weeks and started off really well. First week I lost 3lb, second lb but this week I've gained one back. I'm following the plan as best I can but cant afford lots of variety in my diet as OH Is out of work. I also cant run like I used to as my knee is playing up. Any ideas guys?
I had an EE day today and think I did alright?
Breakfast - weetabix and mullerlight
lunch - jacket spud and baked beans
dinner - jerk chicken and potato wedges
My OH is great at cooking SW friendly dinners for us both so no problem there, I dont know what else to do? help! They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

First WI for me tonight, a dissapointing 1/2 pound but I guess that the half box of roses and "last supper" I had the day before joining group has affected my initial loss:rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0

Hello - can I join in please? I joined SW in October 2008 and up to a fortnight ago I had lost one stone. That was before I went on holiday in half term! Tonight I had only lost 1/2lb of what I had gained, but to be honest, I hadn't been following the plan. I am going abroad on 30th July and I would like to be 12st 13.5 lb by then (a new starting number!) - this would also take me below my Club 10 target. Hopefully with the extra support from here I can stick to it for 7 weeks and meet my interim target......
