Can I ask how many of you many a definite effort to exercise more as well as following the SW plan? I find it hard to exercise - theres always something that needs doing instead, eg the ironing!
With our personal circumstances, I tend to get very little time to do anything for myself, and putting time aside for exercise is pretty much impossible. I use Wii Fit once a week for my weigh in and get a sneaky few minutes doing the training when possible.
My biggest 'exercise' routine is my housework! Put some music on and sing along, makes the work more fun, I usually end up boogie-ing as I go. Hoovering, ironing, scrubbing the bath - all great for the upper arms, same goes for cleaning the windows. Changing beds must burn a few good calories, same goes for gardening etc.
Just because you're not at the gym doesn't mean you're not exercising. Just put a smidging more effort into whatever you do during the day, make it a bit more fun and you should be fine! Works for me!0 -

It is star week but still, I thought I deserved more than that.
You should be happy that you lost at all....the female body can store up to 4lbs of extra fluid in a star week (or more often, in the week before).I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Yes I know I have in the past gained 3 pound on star week, but it still feels crap

According to our locals tore, the offer finished on Tuesday night at Sainsbury's and I haven't seen them on offer anywhere else apart from the normal 4 for £2.00 that seems to be doing the rounds! Iceland had some kind of offer, but were sold out last time I looked.
I stocked up well on Tuesday so won't need any for a while, but offers have been few and far between just lately.0 -
They had packs of 6 mullerlights for £2 in Tesco today0

I lost 2 lbs this week and my husband lost 5!!! Honestly! He's got 8 lbs more to go, and i've got 3 but I might re-think my target. I want to get rid of my mummy tummy- if that's possible!
Good luck to everyone! I'm out for dinner tonight so who knows what'll happen when I weigh myself on Weds morning!

OK - I am getting serious today. I have recently taken up running (well a very slow jog to be more exact) - am loving it, BUT am ravenous all the time, and have put on half a stone in three weeks:eek:
Panic panic BUT I know if I stick to SW plan the weight will come off. Think I need to factor in more red days as I really need more protein than I'm giving myself - filling up on potatoes & rice instead.
Have worked far too hard over last three years to put it all back on. Half a stone is a danger point for me.Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side
