I think I've blown my diet this week, you see, I was out shopping today and got really hungry. I popped into Boots and bought a sandwich, tuna, cucumber on brown bread.
When I checked the syn value when I got home it was 14 1/2 syns!!!!
I was under my syns yesterday by 3, so do you think I've blown it big style?
I was at the gym this morning and fast walked 3km in half hour so pleased with that as its only my 2nd time there.Be happy, it's the greatest wealth0 -
:T:Tfor me!! (blowing my own trumpet - sorry all but need the encouragement!)
Today I had a green day - and used all my HEAs, HEBs, free food like mad, and syns....15.5. Considering where I am coming from - and how I have got into a nasty little late night snack habit recently, I am VERY chuffed.
We are also taking a packed lunch to eat out somewhere tomorrow - so I have planned what I am going to have - no last minute panic which will lead to rubbish choices.
Tomorrow will be a red day - watch this space...Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Hi,
Could anyone explain what the fast forward plan is as I've never heard of it.
Thanks very much in advance.

FF is mean to be a last resort when you're completely stuck and unable to move your weight no matter how careful you are to stick to plan.
It's given to you by your Consultant, who will work with you to see how many points you're allowed each day.
It lasts for no more than 2 weeks and is quite limited as to what foods you can have. Everything (and mean EVERYTHING) has a points value and nothing is free food.
I have only ever given it to one member and she couldn't stand it for more than 1 week - it did get her weight moving again though!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

If it was wholemeal bread, you could take off 6 syns as the bread could be counted as a HEB........so not too bad at allI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
