Yeah lost 2lb this week, also got slimmer of the week plus won the raffle! Just need to win the lottery now! Anyway i feel as if i have cheated this week as i didn't really stick to the plan. However this loss as spurred me on to carry on sticking to it.Started slimming world 4th November 2010

Woo hoo! Happy today - first weigh in after being referred by GP. I lost 6 lb and OH lost 2 lb. Had a chinese on Saturday and a MacDonalds today! Must be good this week or maybe next week it'll catch up on us. Good luck everyone x0

Just a quick question - I finally managed to get hold of some FryLight today - I usually shop in Asda and didn't realise only Tesco seem to sell it. Is there a knack to using it? Because I haven't got it, if there is - I ended up putting veg oil in on top as the food just wasn't browning and it'd been in the pan ten minutes by then!Slimming World convert, joined 23rd April 2009

I am gutted put a pound on its my second week and apart from 2 cocktails i cannot find the syns for i have been good in fact only used 64 syns so figured it would even itself out
I weigh or measure all my HEA and HEB
I mainly do green days
Only thing i can think of is it TOM and due to exam stress last week i have been constipated since saturday!
do you think thats what it was?
i had my ds with me today and couldn't stay for image therapy plus the consultant was busy and i didn't get chance to talk to her after weigh in i forgot to pick up the password too ..............................
