I think you can do that cos our consultant always says if you are out and you get a made sandwich from boots for example and you get brown bread then you can take 6 syns off for the bread so I woudl have thought you could do the same for Milk?

That was my thinking to. I will ask my consultant later.

IAlso I think I have made an amazing discovery lol

I like Aunt Bessie York Puds, I get the frozen ones that are just batter and you cook them for 25 mins, I get the pack of 12, now they are 49kcal per Y Pud therefore 2.5 syns per Y.Pud

Well I was in Asda the other day and I bought some more, and I was cooking Sunday Dinner and I noticed the box says new and improved recepie, and now they only have 9.5kcal in them so 0.5 syns!!! :) I was soooo happy when I saw that lol

I am going to go on the syns calc tonight just to check, but I cant see how they are more than 0.5 syns

hi there was this right if so they are off on my list!

    todays eats are

Brekkie fruit salad with fat free yog (free)

lunch jacket with beans and cheese(HEA)

dinner lentil cottage pie with cabbage carrots and beans (free)

    gravy(? depends)

snacks mug shots ,fruit and a curly wurly

second weigh in tomorrow TOM and had a few glasses of cocktails at bbq

midori and triple sec syns anyone ???

Only used half the weeks syns so probably even itself out:rolleyes:

    Hello all

Have my first weigh in tonight and I'm a little nervous. I have to say I had a bad weekend...... drank FAR too much wine. However my syns were ok the rest of the week so I'm hoping it will balance out. I have also been doing half an hour of exercise a day, either walking or on the wii fit. I have to say I kind of feel a bit thinner.... it could just be the new full feeling where I'm not bloated though!

I am a little confused, as I used to do slimming world a few years ago, my consultant wanted me to try extra easy this week which I have, however I was always a green girl as I dont eat much meat. I've found it hard making sure I have meat too. Now I looked on the slimming world website and there's a vegetarian extra-easy plan. Does this mean I can basically do green (but eating LOADS of superfree foods) on extra-easy? But maybe still have some red items? For example, I will usually have a vege lunch, but have meat with diner.

Sorry for long post, all advice appreciated. And thanks for comments on snacks.... am trying to find meat for him to snack on or something!!

I'm not sure yet, I havent had a chance to check the syns (I am at work) and I cant remember the password for this week (and my consultant hates it when you text her and ask her for it cos she does provide little slips for you to take away)

So when I get in I can post the nutritional info on here and someone who can access the site can check?

Or I can do it on thurs night when I get the new password?

But I really hope 0.5 syns is right :)

Hi all, I'm back on track today, but have finished off the other half of the bag of choc covered strawberries - have looked in all my books but can't find them listed, can anyone have a look for me, pretty please?

They're Tesco Belgian White Chocolate Strawberries, bag of 65g?

    Thanks in advance!
