The Muller Light 6 packs are on offer for £2.00 at Tesco until June 6th.

Otherwise, individual are 4 for £2.00 everywhere.

    Hi All

I am not sure if you remember my last post, about how I can't stop eating etc etc... Well I have decided to leave you all for a couple of weeks and do Slim-fast to try and regain control over my eating habits:)

So hopefully I will be back in a couple of weeks a few lb's lighter and ready to get back on plan in a more controlled manner.

    See You Soon:D

Anyone spotted cheap Mullers this week other than the 4 for £2 offer which isn't what I would call an offer.

    Thanks

    Pete

They're not on offer, but Asda last Monday had them for 30p each

New to the thread. Been at SW for 12 weeks and lost 1st 9.5lbs :)

Mullerlight 6 packs (with competition!) £2 at Co-op too.

I like to put one in the deep freeze for 60-90mins (no longer) - comes out a bit like ice cream :)

Now that's a proper offer Liz, if only we had one round here!

We went through a great few months of this offer rotating around the supermarkets. Seems to have gone quiet again though.

    Hi All

sheet sent to all who have recently asked - if anyone doesn't get it please check your spam folder and also if your software/ISP maybe strip out attachemnts before letting me know if you didn't get it.

Mullerlights - Iceland have them on 3 for £1 which isn't bad if you don't have an Asda close by.
I have fallen by the wayside badly this week, didn't eat a lot yet and started off with good intentions this morning with a boiled egg and soldiers (lol) but then went to help my brother decorate his flat and was starving and whole family were having a chippie for dinner and I caved, badly. i had most if a cod supper, it was yum but damn do i feel bad.

Ah well hopefully I can manage to STS this week, been back at SW for 5 weeks and only lost 2lbs so far lol.

I HAVE GOT TO TRY HARDER!

Hope everyone elses week is going much better than mine :)

I've had a bit of a mare last 2 weeks with my grandad passing away, and have gone off plan on occasions. I still haven't been able to contact the consultant for the group I'm meant to be joining (she must be on a 2wk hol as I've left 3 messages and no reply!!).

I am unable to WI tomorrow at new group as I'm in London, but will try go to a Weds class.

Next week I'm working away all week so am going to try go to a Sun class (if there are any) or the Mon am class, and then I'm off on hold to Canada so will need to take a hol for that week.

Today has not been too bad SW wise, had some choc but no other syns. So hopefully back on track.
