I'm not completely sure, but I think you need to have some more superfree foods in there for Extra Easy (1/3 plate etc etc)
Brekkie - scrambled egg and beans (free)
snack - mugshot(free)
will be having:
Lunch - jacket potato and beans (free)
Dinner - (not sure yet)
Currently it looks very Green!Light Bulb Moment: Feb 2007

Yeah, I started to notice this lol...
I did decide to turn it green by lunch time. I am having chilli chicken and rice tonight so will just Use the chicken as HEb... and will treat myelf to a piece of cheese on toast as my other HEa+b
All in all I have had 7.5 Syns so far and dinner will involve 2.5 so 10 for the day...which makes up for the 5 over yesterday:p
I think I am going to join my local group tomorrow:D

Right! So I can start to make meal plans (even though im not starting sw for a couple of weeks – I like to be prepared!) I have been looking at getting some quorn so even when I am on a green day I can still pretend to myself that its meat – where is the best place to get it from as when I looked at tescos it seems quite expensive!
I am also going to experiment with different veg (though cauli and broccoli seem the way forward) and make some tortilla chips by mashing them, drying them out and baking them and having them with a nice salsa… I love the idea of the sw chips (both the normal and the sweet potato) as I love chips and to have them on a diet is fantastic!!!!!0 -
Goodish day today.
I didnt have time to have breakfast this morning, (I normally have shredded wheat or porridge) and just had a muller light.
My God I was starving by about 11. I'm so used to breakfast that my poor body didnt know what to do.
I ate a banana, (luckily I take a good selection of fruit with me to work) and then got too busy to think about food until my perfectly healthy extra lean home made burger cooked on fry light and loads of veggies at lunchtime.
I have to say though, am eating loads more fresh fruit and veggies, and my grocery bill has increased somewhat.... (Im sure if I worked it out, it would balance out the takeaways and pizza I have been known to eat in the past though!)
Im now completely stuffed after a bacon roll. - Wholemeal roll (exactly 57g! HE b) spread with laughing cow light cheese, and lean bacon cooked in the microwave . (felt really decadent!)
Followed by one of those new muller light vanilla with dark chocolate, and a bag of quavers *(multipack-17g 4.5 syns)
I still have to have another HE a and b . Not sure how Ill be able to squeeze it in!
*My local waitrose currently has 18 for the price of 12 multipack of quavers at the moment for £2.49 -apparently pricematched to Tescos.Light Bulb Moment: Feb 2007

Hi guys
I wouldn't normally ask, but could someone PM me the password? I went to WI tonight and lost 2.5 pounds (wooooooooooooooooooooooo!) and want to chart it, but I forgot to memorise the password.0 -

yes - mashing them then squeeze the excess water out using a teatowel and spread it on a baking tray.
I saw a similar recipe on the atkins (when I tried that last year) and people used it as a base for a pizza but they mixed it with a bit of cheese aswell...
hopefully it will work - if it does I will have some nice nibbly things to have while watching a film!! if it doesnt then I will at least have fun trying!!!!!0 -
