Can someone tell me if i have meat as a HEB on a green day can i have the same one twice ie twice as much ?or do they have to be different

Also is their a limit on eggs for the week?

As long as you get the 2 a's and 2 b's in, you can have anything on the list.As for eggs, there is no limit. There used to be a limit but
studies have shown that eggs do not significantly affect cholesterol levels in most individuals. The cholesterol we get from our food has much less effect on the level of cholesterol in our blood than the amount of saturated fat we eat. Most people don't need to limit how many eggs they have, if they are eating a balanced diet, which is what SW plans are.

Hi Shaz, yes you can double up on your HEb. I sometimes do this with cheese:D I think it is reccomended that you vary your HE's but as long as you are still losing weight and maybe don't do it everyday then it should be fine.

There is no limit on eggs...there used be the theory that they caused high cholestoral but this has been researched and found to be untrue.

Thanks guys, I'm hoping I can scrape together the £10 to join this week and start it, I really feel motivated this time around and I reckon if I don't join soon that motivation will just disappear. Plus it's my birthday next month and I would really love to shift just a few pounds by then to help make me feel a bit more confident. Although my real target is christmas as I'm hoping to go to Florida for new years and the shoping out there is so good I can buy all new smaller clothes there (wishful thinking maybe....)

It's in the main leaflet things you get when you join - I had to ask the person I got it from to look it up.

Whisky is 2.5 syns per 25ml measure.

Thanks - that's very helpful. I don't go to class so I haven't got the book.

Basic spirits and general values are in the middle of your Food Optimising book (half red, half green) - should have everything you need!

While I'm here, can anyone PM me the password for this week please? The password I had that I thought was new last week has expired and I'm locked out!
    Thanks guys! x
