Kate 4% sounds high. I think, and will check tomorrow, that the Lynesse cottage cheese I get from Lidl is less than 1%, 0.4% rigs a bell. Each tray they sell has 9 full fat and 3 VLF in. On saturday morning when I go shopping I pick all the trays appart to get the VLF ones :D

I'm wondering if its cos I'm a bit scared of losing weight? This is the lowest weight I've been for 8 years, by about 2-3 stone! And I still have 3+ stone to lose :o I've been overweight my whole life and don't know what its like to be smaller than a size 18!

I just don't know how to get over this fear of the unknown and stop sabbotaging myself so I can achieve my dream of being slim.

I'm glad I have found you guys. may I join you?

I rejoined last Friday morning but had to weigh in last night Thursday as I have been out with my daughter to the baby show ate NEC today.

I had lost 2 1/2lb which I was pleased :jwith as it was a change of weigh in time.

I've had a bad day today, but it is over now. Tomorrow is another day. :T
I don't get to come on here too often.
    Too buzy money saving!

  • Hi everyone, have just been reading your posts as I've just made the muller light and porridge mix tonight, it's in the fridge for the morning and I was interested to see if others had tried it. Obviously quite a lot of you have and you all seem to have loved it so I'm looking forward to brekkie tomorrow. Just to let you all know that I joined SW in Sept 07 and I was 15st 1lb, the heaviest I had ever been in my life! Yesterday I weighed in at 8st 13 and a half pounds - even I can't believe that I've lost just over 6st. I have to say that I found it really easy and only gained once over Christmas. Had a couple of times when I sort of got stuck on a plateau and despite being on plan didn't lose but I found that if I stuck at it I did eventually start losing again. I've averaged a pound a week over the time I've been slimming and now I'm a target member. I have to say that my whole life has changed and I wish all of you the very best and I'm sure you'll succeed in reaching your own goals and when you do - it's FAB!!! Love to you all. X

Its very safe isn't it to stay how we are, that way we stay invisible........I too have several stone still to go, and am back down to my 'normal' weight - well the weight I have been on and off for the past 14 years, but then I had completely ballooned last year - but just try and think of the reason you are doing this, is it for health/vanity/someone else/yourself......if I was totally honest I'm doing it for vanity, I am sick of being overweight, sick of not wearing the clothes I really like and sick of not feeling attractive enough to be worthy of anything nice happening to me.

I have spent all of my 20's overweight and am not going to punish myself with food any longer, I have always stayed fairly active but my fitness levels have increased massively and clearly after 3st4.5lbs the pressure on my body as a whole is lessening........but I feel 'safe' at this weight, and the last 1/2 a stone has come off soooooo slowly, I think because in my head I am saying "Phew, I'm back to normal!" regardless of the fact that I need to lose another 4 stone to be in the healthy weight range!!!

Keep going, you've obviously done really well so far, so keep your eye on the prize!

    xx

    Hi all,

sorry to ask again, but could someone just outline the main points of 'extra easy' please? I think its new since I went to SW classes last year? I am holding off eating anything except fruit today so I can hopefully give it a try once I understand it.;)

5 weeks until my holiday and I want to lose 9 or 10lbs ideally!! Well I suppose 7 would also be good!!

    Thanks in advance.

You are allowed one Healthy Extra A and one Healthy Extra B

Free Food is any free food you are allowed on a red or green day.

As you have done SW before, I trust you know which foods are free on red/green?
