    Hi Mel :hello:

Yes I've followed EE all the way through - I love it! I usually have porridge for my healthy extra as it seems to keep me full right up uptil lunch, I also slice a banana up into it and sprinkle over some cinnamon.

It was difficult at first thinking of things to have at lunch instead of a sandwich (didnt fancy using my syns on bread!), but now have things like baked potatoes, pasta salads, noodles or just leftovers from the night before. I dont even miss bread now, or the packet of crisps that I would have eaten with it!

Are you still sticking with EE and how are you doing?

Thanks fuzzybear for that! Actually I would really recommend that Asda sausage mix. I added some fresh onion to it and it made 8 sausages - so they are about a syn each. Yummy with new potatoes and mushy peas!!

Sorry to ask again - is Extra Easy a new thing since this time last year? I don't remember it? I'll get my books out in a minute and look....... Thanks.

    Hi Sara

I Mix EE and Green days as I love cheese and have to miss it out on EE, although I am starting to get used to not having it every day...

I haven't been doing to well at the moment anyway, as I just had a baby 8wks ago and am still trying to get back into SW properly. Although because I followed the plan (loosely) throughout my pregnancy I managed to gain less than 2st and have lost every pound since having him:D

I think I need to give EE a good week or two test run, instead of dabbling with it. I might get used to not having cheese! or I could always start Synning it!!

I know what you mean about lunches - I was always used to having a sandwich crisps and a choccy bar, so it was a bit of a shock to the system not having them anymore.

Congratulations on your new baby boy!! :j I became a new mummy in Sept last year - thats the main reason for joining SW. I did quite well when pregnant thanks to morning sickness and didnt really put on that much extra weight, I just forgot to stop eating for 2 once Molly arrived!!!:D

I used to love my cheese too, but just stopped buying it altogether - if I didnt have it in the house I couldnt eat it and to be honest I dont even miss it now.

EE just suits me much better at the min as I can make meals from scratch that we can all eat, plus now that Molly is weaning I can blend down bits for her too...... my bf has even managed to lose 1.5 stone too.

Wow that is excellent for your bf ( if he needed to lose some:p) Men usually find it a fair bit easier to lose weight don't they?

I really should stop buying cheese; but I must be addicted because I panic if I don't have any in the fridge:o

Congratulations on your baby too:) I love the weaning stage, it is so much fun watching them gobble up 'normal' food:)

I will get the books out I think and have a look over them with EE in mind. I might give it a whirl all next week

Good Luck with losing your last 10lbs.

. . . Frogletina if you look through your book it'll have some of the free foods marked SS (for super slimming) and filling up on those is supposed to help get things moving. A few people have said drink lots of water, at least 2 litres a day (not all at once though!).

    Hi RabbitintheHeadlights

Update: I only put on half a pound for which I am so grateful as I was sure it would be more. Consultant asked those of us who had not lost if we wanted a challenge. I had to say yes (with my track record) so I have to fill in fit log and daily sas and food diary for a week - I will report next week how I did and if it has put me back on track.
