have you tried the rice recipe (we fondly call in Marion's Breakfast Rice on this forum) ?
will see if i can find post and then add to this post.

EDIT...post from Marion a wee while back
Cook 1/2 cup of pudding rice in 1 cup of water for about 20 minutes (I use my remoska). Remove from heat put into a bowl, add fruit and a complementing muller yogurt and mix together! ie rice with sliced banana and toffee yogurt, rice with frozen blueberrys and a blueberry yogurt, rice with mandarin segments (chopped) and mandarin yogurt. For best results eat straight away while it is nice and warm! Tastes really nice and is very very filling! Also free on SW green and EE so can be made any time you fancy it really!0 -
Mmm sounds nice will give it a go thanks fluffynit.Remember ....its not a bargain unless you need it0

Had a bad few weeks - got totally off track and took 2 weeks holiday from WI as didn't want to feel depressed!!! Back on track tomorrow - was doing so well before. I really don't know what happened - just lost control totally. Had lots of takeaways and chocolate. Trying not to feel bad and to look forward. Rome wasn't built in a day...0

Hello,
I have joined sw tonight for the 2nd time in 4 years, last time i successfully lost nearly a 1.5 stones, however have since had another baby (well she 2 and a bit now) and have put it back on and more.
However last August i was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, so i am unable to eat any gluten. I contacted SW who advised i would quite easily beable to adapt the diet accordingly, however after speaking with the leader at tonights meeting she didn't seem to know how and advised me to look on the website.
I have managed to work out that my gluten free pasta is free on green days. But can't work out how i subsitute the B choices with a gluten free alternative.
Is there are other coeliacs on this forum that i can talk to, or can anyone point in the right direction.
Thanks in advance.Started slimming world 4th November 2010

Just off the top of my head, the B choices on green days could be mainly meat, cheese or fish and there's also nuts and seeds in there, all gluten free.
On Red days a lot of the B choices are pulses, so no gluten there or potatoes and parsnips as well.
HE Bs that are common to both days and are gluten free include stewed and dried fruits, some Baxters soups. Can you tolerate oats (which are lower gluten than wheat) if so porridge may be an option for you too?Saving to pay the tax man0 -

But when I got home I found out that my grandfather had passed awayHe was 89, and not in best of health.
