I have had a very naughty couple of weeks and have put on several pounds! Am still more than a stone lighter than I was when I started SW.
I am now determined to stick rigidly to plan from now until Saturday afternoon when I am jetting off to Spain with the girls for a long weekend!!!
I plan to get back on sw wagon when I return from my holiday and hope to lose my last stone.
Hope everyone is ok ......see ya soon J x0 -
I'm back on track, I lost 1.5 lbs this week. I have found I cheat too much on Original and Extra Easy, so it was back to basics and I stayed on Green all last week. Same again next week, but no flexible syn days! That SOTW basket will be mine!0

Good morning all.
Wi this morning and I lost a pound :j.
Slow and steady's what I'm aiming even though it's not very exciting!
So today...not sure yet.
B: yogurt and blueberries
L: probably a pulse/rice dishSoup and salad as I have some chicken stock to use up.
I MUST keep away from the chocolate chip cookies, and remember to write everything down.
Have a good day.Saving to pay the tax man0 -
Well considering I was off the SW wagon last week I still somehow managed a 1 and half pound loss. And it was my star week too.
But when I got home I found out that my grandfather had passed awayHe was 89, and not in best of health.

so sorry to hear about your grandfather flutterbyMum of 7 (aged 14y to 1y)
loving SW - 5st off and counting! :j0 -
had a big surprise at WI last night... 4lbs off!!! :j
was definitely not expecting that as I've not been following the plan properly all week cos we moved houseand we've had a few takeaways. All that packing/moving/unpacking boxes, cleaning and running up and down 3 flights of stairs must have done wonders LOL
I also came away with a pile of awards - 1 1/2 stone, club 10 AND slimmer of the week!Total weight loss to date 1 st 10.5 lbs so next goal is my 2 stone award.
Am absolutely buzzing! Hoping to reach my next goal soon if I stick to plan and be more active cos that obviously works wonders! See if the 20min each way school run helps too
Hope everyone else's WI turn out as well
PS do you think its childish if I remind my consultant to give me a slimmer of the week certificate and sticker (I mean award) next week as she'd run out this week?Mum of 7 (aged 14y to 1y)
loving SW - 5st off and counting! :j0
