Oh dear, I have fallen off the SW world wagon this past week!
I went away for weekend with friends, and managed to eat quite well but drank lots! Then I was working away this week and had to buy food to eat and ended up with pizza, white bread, butter and chocolate! And I had portion of chips (small). And I went out last night and got rather drunk!
But I will be back on wagon as of tomorrow - no SW food in house to make a full meal tonight but will try my best.

We went out for a meal last night - it was delish, and I feel not one jot of guilt, isn't that the way life is supposed to be?:)
Today I have done really well....trying an EE
B - All Bran and Banana, SS milk. (HE, Free, HE)
L - Ham Salad, Salad Cream(Free, 2 Syns)
I haven't had any snacks at all today. We are having a jar of pataks curry sauce tonight, but that is better than ordering a curry out which is what the plan was. Which would have meant there would have been naan breads, pappadums and dips along with the curry.

To be eligible for SOTW you have to have:-
a) lost the most weight this week
b) stayed to group this week
c) lost weight last week
Although there will often be people who have lost more than you have this week, they must not have fit the other criteria.
Sorry Angie, got called away from the 'puter and your reply wasn't there when I started.
Thank you for the explanation Consultant31 & Angielovesveg. I couldn't figure it out at all before.
Fell off the wagon badly yesterday but in mitigation it was my tenth wedding anniversaryso decided not to feel guilty but to enjoy a glorious lunch out involving lots of cream, stilton, mushrooms . . . . droool. Back on the green wagon today to compensate: melon for breakfast, noodle & quorn stir fry for lunch just need to think of something healthy for tea . . .

I've posted here once or twice before but I have finally rejoined group and want to lose around a stone and a half.
Menu for today - Green day.
Breakfast: 3 egg omlette with cheese (HEA) & 1 slice cooked ham (1.5 syns)
Lunch: Carbonara pasta in sauce made up with milk (HEA)
Dinner: approx 2/3rds of Chicken fried rice from chinese (chicken HEB) with 3 spoons of curry sauce guessing about 10-12 syns altogether for this.
Snack: Alpen light bar (I am quite shocked at how nice these are)!
I will have another one of these later to make up the HEB.
I hope this isn't too bad a day.0 -
Okay me for today:
was going EE then had to change to green so:
beef & bean casserole: 6 syns for beef
sandwich (A A B B and 4 syns for mayo)
lentil and rice thingumy: boiled a load of lentils, rice and dried ve and spices: result, not too bad!) 3 suns for some cheese.
13 syns. REALLY need to have a few low syn days!!!0 -
13 Syns is not bad, naturally...or are you 'meant' to be on less?
Today EE
B - 2 x Alpen lights (B)
S - Mugshot (F)
L - SW chips, egg, beans (F, F, F)
For dinner later we are having chicken, mash, veg, Gravy..so will just be a few Syns for gravy
My heA is milk, for tea and the mash. If I am feeling peckish between now and dinner time I will have fruit.

It's quiet today!
I'm back on track, so far today (green):
B - scrambled egg (2xegg + skimmed milk) F, beans F, Slice of Wholemeal Bread HEB
L - Pasta n Sauce Tomato F, 28g Cheddar HEA
and a Banana, and some coffee made with rest of HEA Skimmed Milk allowance.
Dinner will probably be new pots, tofu, veg so all free unless I have a bit of gravy too.
Trying not to have any syns today/tomorrow as have had a very bad week! and have WI tomorrow.

Very quiet. What a weekend this one is turning out to be.
Went out for a Thai last night so made it a green day to minimise the damage from rice and pasta. Still blew it on the chillie sauce though but less than I would have on red. Tonight is a takeaway indian with the in-laws so have chosen red and will go with shish kebabs and tandoori chicken. Tommorrow is a pick and mix tea which so i'm sticking to red so that sausages, nibbles etc will do least damage. After that its back to normal. Far too stressful going off-piste.
Hope you are all enjoying the weekend.
