Hi everyone! I hope you don't mind me joining? My name's Amanda, I joined Slimming World 10 weeks ago and have lost 15lb so far. Only 44.5lbs left to target!
  • Lots of questions here ...

You can use any plan for any number of days with any other plan. You could do red every day (or green, EE or M2m) or you could alternate them around R/G/M2M/G/G/EE/M2M etc - that's what I do, any plan any day, but do what suits you

Re your plan today, it fits slightly better with EE :

On M2M you need 2B choices and 1or2 A choices
    On EE you should have 2 HE's - 1A and 1B.

If you declare today EE, you are 1 B choice short.
If you call today M2M you are 2 B choices short.

does that help or confuse ?
Thanks angie - that was helpful - don't think it confuses me :rotfl:

I have ordered an EE booklet from ebay - it seemed silly to rejoin as i have the other books so waiting eagerly for it to arrive and then I can try and get my head round it properly - I know that all of the information is probably on here if I search but it's nice to have a book in front of me and also means that I don't have to bombard you with questions!!!!!!!!!!

It's my birthday tomorrow and we are going out either to Prezzo or Pizza Express because they both have things our 2 (fussy) girls will eat and we can have a relaxing meal - do you know if I can find a syns list for either of these two restaurants? If not then I'll try and pick the best choices for probably green or EE.

    Sorry more questions.............................:o

Hope all the Mum's have a very happy Mothers Day tomorrow :D

Mmmm - that looks a good menu. Wasn't sure if you knew you'll have to syn the seasoning, I think, and that's usually because they have sugar in. Was it one of these?

hi - The seasoning was only the stuff in a pepper mill/herb jar - ingredients are just paprika, celery salt, pepper and herbs so I think it is syn free - no sugar in it, nor any flour or cornstarch or anything. I didn't know that the shotz were free - some of them are quite nice.

So far today I have had:

    Breakfast - a banana and 2 plums
Snack - packet (100g) of M&S cooked chicken breast fillet (was in M&S and was STARVING!)
Lunch - grilled gammon steak, poached eggs, dry fried tomatoes and a small (50g) wholemeal roll, cup of tea

When I was in M&S they had these sugar free orange and lemon sweets in a little box, by the tills and I got some and have had 4 of them - they are only little but I can't find them on the syns online and there is 4 Kcal in each sweet. Does anyone know if they are syns and if so how many?

For dinner I am planning to make a mince casserole type thing - 500g of extra lean mince (BGTY) dry fried with onion and then chopped carrot and swede and celery mixed in - cooked with liquid oxo stock and a bit of mustard and 500g of fresh tomatoes, chopped. I think the liquid oxo stock is free but am not sure - does anyone know?

Anyway - some of your menus sound lovely! I loved Marion's rice cold and am thinking of making it for tomorrow for after lunch - the kids have got profiteroles:mad:

I bought some mugshots the other day but thought they were rank! DD's bf liked them though!

Hope you are all having a good Saturday!
