    Today I have had
    B- Banana and Muller light
    L- Chicken Mugshot
D- Roast chicken with h/m coleslaw (cabbage, carrot, celeriac, onion mixed with 2 tbs Hellmanns Light mayo (4)), tomatoes, cucumber
HeA - skimmed milk in tea/coffee
    White wine x2 (12?)

Not sure what plan this fits with, am working on M2M but please put me right if I have got this wrong

Will plan better tomorrow and do a bit of reading and try and get my head around EE - can you mix that in with red and green days or should you just do EE on it's own?
    Many thanks

    Lots of questions here ...

You can use any plan for any number of days with any other plan. You could do red every day (or green, EE or M2m) or you could alternate them around R/G/M2M/G/G/EE/M2M etc - that's what I do, any plan any day, but do what suits you

Re your plan today, it fits slightly better with EE :

On M2M you need 2B choices and 1or2 A choices
    On EE you should have 2 HE's - 1A and 1B.

If you declare today EE, you are 1 B choice short.
If you call today M2M you are 2 B choices short.

does that help or confuse ?

Glad you liked it! Try slicing a banana in with the vanilla choc breakfast rice - nice enough for a pudding!:D

Yes the pudding rice is free on green and EE, but make sure it isn't the flaked rice as that isn't free! All other rice is free though.:j

  • Yes Jolene - (but tastier if it is looked :rotfl:)

All lean meat, regarless of fresh or frozen is free :D (on red or EE of course!)
  • Hi all, just popped in to share my meny for today. Today I am having a green day :D

B - Marions rice (first time!) with blueberry muller and fresh blueberries. very yummy, and kept a bit aside for my morning munchies, cold it is lovely too :D)

L - Egg mayo sandwiches (bread HB) made with eggs and extra light mayo (2 syns) probably a salad on the side. fruit for afters

D - I have the in-laws arriving this weekend, so for our tea tonight, I am making pumpkin and ricotta canneloni (free plus B for ricotta and an A for the parmesan on top) with extra peppers and spinach. green salad on the side. Desert will be merinue (2.5) with sweetened 0% and red berries. We will drink wine (probably about 10 syns worth if I know us! so whilst that pushes me over, I will keep an eye on it, and be careful)

Tomorrow we will have an EE day so that I can do Roast Lamb for mothers day lunch with parsnips, potatoes, lots of veg and profiteroles (about 3 syns each IIRC) for pud.

Have a lovely mothers day weekend, lets hope we get spoilt :D

Thankyou Angie! Its just cheaper to buy a bag of frozen then buying fresh every week.
