Still need to be buying quicker to prepare food as I'm just not getting the time to prepare even a bit of pasta half the time. (although asda quick cook pasta rings a bell now I say that: are there any other supermarkets who do quick cook pasta?)

have you thought about getting some mugshots in for emergency quick food on green days? the tomato&herb pasta and chicken noodle ones are free - they're on 4 for £1.50 at asda (I think)
    Mum of 7 (aged 14y to 1y)
loving SW - 5st off and counting! :j

Hi all, had my first weigh in. Lost 11lbs and wife lost 7.5lbs. Pleased with that and I broke the class first week record and got slimmer of the month! Couldn't realy believe it. Its made me question how accurate their scales are?

Also, anyone know the syn value of muller light layered yogurts. 175g ones with yogurt and then fruit compot and the bottom?

Pork meatballs ?? is there a SW recipie for it ??

Were you refering to my comment about sausage balls? If so it was at work and definately not SW style ;) but all they do is cut up a cumberland sauasage and fry it, so I'm pretty sure you could do the same by shaping the meat out of morrisons free sausages into balls then doing in fry light

Thanks for the mug shots idea, they are on my list! :T

Food so far today: Jacket potato with beans and cheese. Hmm. Need to eat more...

Naturally, what are these morrisons free sausages you refer to? Are they really free sausages?

Don't know about the Asda yoghurts but the Danone Activia Fat Free yoghurts and the Shape Feel Fuller for Longer one are free and veggie friendly. That is all except the strawberry ones which have cochineal colouring.
Ooh, I just popped in to ask about the Asda nil fat yoghurts as well. I'm veggie so I can't eat the Muller ones. Does anyone know if they are free too?
