I had my first WI tonight and have lost 7.5 lbs, how chuffed was I??? :D This may sound stupid but I can already feel a difference, my bras don't feel as tight and one that I used to pop out of  well let's say everything has stayed intact! lol

The only problem I've had is in upping my fluid intake. I often spend hours at work without having access to a toilet and I don't have the strongest bladder in the world. If I drink loads in the evening then I'm up and down to the loo all night which isn't good when you're up at 5.15am! Does anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks for any help :T
  • Wow...well done mandym, thats an amazing 1st weeks loss!!
They say 10 pound is a dress size so I'm not surprised you can feel it!

No ideas about the loo sorry, can I ask how you dont have access to a loo in work? Sounds a bit mean!!

Thanks very much Princess Kate, I really was made up :D

The reason I don't always have access to a toilet is because I work out of the office. I'm usually to be found alongside some road or another. If we can, we set up near a cafe so we're ok but sometimes that isn't possible. It's ok for my partner, he can just wander off at his leisure, a bit different for me though!
  • Well thanks to Princess Kate I bought a pair of clarks shoes for my 8 1/2 hr shift today and result! My feet may look like the larger cousin of a duck billed platypus but ache 90% less than they did yesterday!! Thank you SOOOOO much Princess Kate for the suggestion.

Good-ish day today. Snacked on a lot of bits at work, so prob had 15 syns there (mini sausage ball x 2 & a broken large ice cream wafer). Still need to be buying quicker to prepare food as I'm just not getting the time to prepare even a bit of pasta half the time. (although asda quick cook pasta rings a bell now I say that: are there any other supermarkets who do quick cook pasta?)

    b) 2 alpen light bars (b)
    l) egg noodles with sweet potato and soy sauce (weird combi I know) with cheese (a)
    d) cous cous with red kidney beans & cheese (b)
    15 syns for snacking.
Body magic: 8 hrs on feet at work.

I start a new class wednesday morning, and am hoping to have lost this week, even though yesterday I pigged out, purely because of the sheer amount of exercise I am doing! We'll see.
