Just finished my first week trying to do it myself at home as can't afford the classes and the gym so chose to do the gym.

  • Hi not been around for a while, when weighed in last week had gained 3.5 lbs, leaaving total current lost as 10.5 lbs, finding the diet hard at present as have recently got much busier in my life and planning of meals has gone out the window, really must get back on track, as know this diet works when i stick at it.

I've just been trying to teach my Mother in law how to do an 'online' shop and I'm so stressed out now that I NEED a drink, lol, I will resist though as I've got to go to work soon.

Running out of food at home! I usually go shopping on a Sunday and stuff the fridge full of fruit, veg, and salad stuff. We just ran out of time to do it this week, and suddenly it looks very bare in there.

Munching my way through a tub of sweet little tomatoes at the moment though, which I picked up on the way to work from the station, along with a cucumber, a bag of lettuce, some cooked meat and a few bananas. Luckily we have a fridge at work.

Got spag bol sauce out of the freezer for tea tonight, with some pasta.
