Sad to report a dissapointingly small half pound loss this week :( And I've tried so hard! I'll keep going though... *sigh*

Keep on track and maybe next week will show it better :T

    Have you double checked EVERYTHING:
    Portion sizes of Healthy Extras?
    Drinking more water?
    Tried upping the exercise levels?
Checking syns of everything to ensure you're not committing huge ones by mistake?
Tried a few days of Success Express or just different days you don't normally do?

Well done for sticking to it anyway :T:T:T
  • Stupid stupid me thought there was a class on at 10am today, but apparently not! :o *sigh* so now I'm into next week before I re-join on monday, but will hop on wii fit in a mo to weigh myself as not done so in about a week.

Also now got time to go to Asda and stock up on goodies now :D

Morning all! Sun's shining here, bit chilly though. I'm still on my mission to lose at least a 1lb this week to get to my 4.5 stone award. I've been trying really hard to up my fluid intake (again) and minimize my syns, although that has sometimes been counter-productive in the past ie: I've eaten less but lost less weight. I'm off to Belfast for the weekend, the prize in a competition that I won and I'm really looking forward to it (never been before). Keep going everyone!

[Hi all, had my first weigh in. Lost 11lbs and wife lost 7.5lbs.]

If only we could all lose that much every week! They're great losses, and I hope that you are inspired to continue . . .!

WI this morning and I've lost 2.25 lbs. I'm pleased about this - but I am one of those people that gets on the scales every day, and all week I've been less than this morning, so thought it might be even more!!!!

Not really disappointed - I've only lost 0.75lb in the previous fortnight, so it's actually a good drop for me!

Oh - and I've gone below the 'next stone' down barrier, which was one of my little targets so I'm now 13 stone something, not 14 stone something.

    Well done,:T
Getting into the next stone is always a psychological barrier, I've found.

My Chicken Pinapple Thing Recepie :)

I thought I would share this with you guys to see if you liked it.

    Ok so Serves 2:

    2 x Chicken Breasts
    1 x Yellow Pepper
    1 x Orange Pepper
2 x Tins of Chopped Tomatoes
    2 x Onions
200g Pineapple in Juice (7 syns for tin/optional)
1 x Chicken Stock made up (1.5 Syns)

Cut the chicken up into small chunks and cook in a pan with some fry light

Chop the peppers and onions up small

Once chicken cooked add the peppers and onions and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and the chicken stock and the pineapple (if using)

And simmer for half an hour

And Voila :) all done lol

You can have it on a red day in a bowl by itself (which is what we do a lot of the time) or a green with rice if you Healthy Extra your chicken, or Extra Easy :)

    I hope you like it.

I know I called it Chicken Pineapple thing lol but its really nice without the pineapple as well :)

    Hi All,

I followed Slimming World a few years back and lost 3 stone in 6 months have now gone back up to what i was originally and I need to get the 3 stone back off!!

I've been following EE for a week and have dropped 4lbs - can't believe how hard it was to get my head round having dinners with red and green items!!

Anyway i'd like to say, you've all helped me this last week keep motivated and the magic porridge and Marions breakfast rice are the best things ever! I've even attempted the Smash Pizza - and it wasn't that bad!

Hope everyone is having a good week, i'm aiming at a 1.5lb loss this week so fingers crossed.
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.
