Ummmm.... Haven't bought them in a while :o hang on a sec while I get the exact name of them...

    ETS here you go,

Eat Smart Diet, Pork Sausages, Less Than 3% Fat, 8 pack, chilled, 57g each free

Must be worded exactly as above, they do some similar ones and frozen that are syns.

*NB can someone else who buys the above sausages confirm please? Above was shamelessly copied from another forum I found through google just now, sounds right but I don't want to give misleading info! Thanks!*

You could also try googling Joes sausages, who do a range of sausages and burgers that are free on Slimming World, but you need to bulk order.

Just checked syns online and they are free on orig and 3 on green :) just make sure it is Eat Smart DIET not the eat smart reduced.

Lincolnshire and cumberland eat smart diet are half a syn each on orig and 4 on green, not too bad.

Sorry to hear of your loss  I think you did well only to put on half a pound.

    Sending you a big hug...
  • Hi everyone. Well it wasn't good news at the last weigh in - + 3 1/2 lbs.

I expected to have a gain but was disappointed it was that much. I have got to be extra good this week so I am completing a diary - I find I have a good loss when I do one.

It really is - I started at 15 something, now I'm 13 something. So really 15-13 = 2 stone :rotfl:

    Hi Kindofgilr,

I havent got the exact recipe for Smash pizza, i think it was in one of the more recent magazines, basically i made a pizza base out of smash - i patted it quite thinly into a round shape and then baked it in the oven, turned it over and baked again until golden then added toppings of choice on it.

it wasn't a lovely as a proper pizza but it did the job! :T from the discussions we've had about it, it isn't to everyones taste..

i'll try and find the magazine that the recipe was in and post properly for you...
