Speaking of which i was feeling a bit flu like this morning so phoned NHS Direct to find out about swine flu. I couldn't get through though as all I got was crackling....boom boom!
Weight loss still slow this week.

Check with the Consultant, but it's usually moved to another night. Occasionally two local groups may combine and do one big class on a different night.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

weigh in went well, ive paid for 14wks and posted a loss today, im 1.5lb off my sw lowest (had a slight gain last week) so heres to getting into the 15s and back to my sw lowest
