Yipeeee I got my half stone award tonight :j:j:j:j:j
Am so pleased with myself, went a little off plan during the week so only lost 1/2lb - but it was enough to get my award. Well done to everyone else on their WIs.0 -
Hi - first weigh in this week and I've lost 3.5lb, am very happy
Also found this on another site, has anyone tried them?Crisps - free on green and extra easy and they were yummy. you just need to part cook some sheets of lasagne and then lay them on a baking tray and spray with frylite and put them in the oven until they bubble. then take them out of the oven and add your flavouring i tried paprika for one lot and salt and vinegar for another lot. i like the salt and vinegar best but you could also try chilli or salt and pepper. then leave them to cool and when they have cut them into shapes. they were really nice, it sounds odd using pasta to make crisps but they were nice. it saves you reaching for proper crisps that are full of sins lol"this money saving lark is a full time job"0 -
Just back from group with a 1.5lb loss, back in target thank goodness, that was close lol :j
Went to buy that mexican rice in Asda - sold out, also tried to get 20p mullers, only had strawberry and toffee left0 -
ugh having a really bad week
I'm totally stressed out as we are moving house next week and am up to my eyeballs with packing and paperwork and getting aggro off current landlord
eating plan has gone out of the window this week (pizza and chocolate and biscuits anyone?!) - not sure if I can even salvage a STS nowam so disappointed in myself
if anyone can suggest ways of trying to keep on track whilst being run off my feet and moving house I'd be very grateful as I really don't want a gain
thanksMum of 7 (aged 14y to 1y)
loving SW - 5st off and counting! :j0 -
Yay! manage to avoid all bad things on a buffet lunch today. Had egg mayo on wholemeal sandwich (just a small triangle), houmous and veg and fruit platter.
The carrot cake was calling to me but I resisted!
Just found out that I'm working away next week so will miss my WI. Not sure whether to take a holiday (as I'm away this weekend so not expecting a big loss, more like STS) or find another class.

Just a warning, but although some people do these, they are not technically a free food, and should be synned. They are classified as a 'misuse of free food' by SW.
If you play by the rules, avoid them - if you want to have them occasionally, then go ahead, but any more than occasionally may well affect your weight loss.

Carrot cake ought by rights to be one of your five-a-day fruit and veg, along with jaffa cakes, jam, and gin.:D
