Sorry you're having a tough time. Have lots of fruit, veg available, make a plan, and keep it really simple. You can do it - just don't let your current landlord win by making you miserable about your weight as well as everything else!!!!!mummy_dumpling wrote: »ugh having a really bad week
I'm totally stressed out as we are moving house next week and am up to my eyeballs with packing and paperwork and getting aggro off current landlord
eating plan has gone out of the window this week (pizza and chocolate and biscuits anyone?!) - not sure if I can even salvage a STS nowam so disappointed in myself
if anyone can suggest ways of trying to keep on track whilst being run off my feet and moving house I'd be very grateful as I really don't want a gain
thanks0 -
Hello Peeps :hello: No I have not floated off the planet.
have struggled to get back on track since 23 Dec 08:o been eating appalingly and after loosing 3 stone it total have put one of those back on again ..plus 3 lbs as at last week.
This week I have at long last got back on track and been good about70-75% of the time - result - lost 3 lbs last night :j:j

Hope everyone else is doing well too :beer:Hate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing
Do little and often

Wooo Hoooo :j :j(dances around the room)
I did it , I did it! :DI managed to shake off 1.5lbs to get me, my 4.5st award, phew that last 0.5st seems to have taken me forever. I'm so so sooooo pleased, the finish line is getting ever closer. My next challenge is to try and not put it back on over the weekend (off to Ireland). Well done to everyone, losers, Sts and gainers for sticking with it.

Yoo-hoo Eth - how're you doing?
Well done lo_bush :TI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hiya, just re-started SW after a year off, nearly climbed back to my original weight but am really trying this time.
Quick question - does anyone know how many syns in a veg foo yung?
Also while I'm on the subject of chinese food, is there a link to a list of syn values for chinese food, the ones in the directories are really limited as I'm a veggie and everything seems to be chicken and beef apart from the ever exciting stir fried veg!
Thanks in advance folks xx:staradmin0
