At our meeting yesterday the consultant said that weetabix was great with diet lemonade if you didn't want milk!!!! Don't think I'll try this tip!!!! has anyone else????:)

    euuuuuuuuuuch.

:confused:fizzy breakfast (unless its champagne of course, and then, if you stick a weetabix in my champagne I will thump you) - shan't be trying that one if you don't mind. My father always had weetabix in the morning spread with butter and marmalade - I can just about cope with that, but lemonade .... that's just wrong.

If you are on red or green you can have 2 A's and 2 B's (so 4 HE's each day)

If you are on Extra Easy, you are allowed 1 A and 1 B

Not sure about mix2max or Success Express

    HTH

    fluffynit :)

p.s as for syns, you should have 5-15, however depending on how much you have to lose your consultant may advise a figure i.e 10. I think when people maintain for a few weeks but still to get to target, it is advised to reduce syns.

"So, what is good to buy at Asda for losing lb's and saving £'s???" Bizkit, Asda is where I go to get the ingredients for my favourite meal - a bag of spinach rocket and watercress salad, bunch of spring onions, and a pack of their smoked salmon offcuts (80p). These ingredients, plus a hot potato chopped up and thrown in, will do me for two gigantic and tasty salady meals, with a little Hellmans Extra Light and some black pepper and chilli. Mmmm. Asda usually have cheapish pasta too and you have to look out for their Ooopsies (last minute reductions)
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Its is confusing to begin with but

If you are on a Red or Green Day you have to have 2 B's but you can have 1 or 2 A's (therefore when someone said 3 or 4 thats what they prob meant)

On Extra Easy you get 1 A and 1 B

We're not allowed to post them on the board - SW are understandably protective of them - so you probably ought to remove that message.
