    Hi all
Well done to all losers & STS this week. I have managed to lose 3lb, yes that's 3 pounds! Have managed to eat no bread all week and been munching all day to keep the toast & marmalade devil off my back. Hope I can keep it up - have challenged myself to no bread for a month:eek:. Reading all the posts on here, and Juddermans spreadsheet, is proving to be such an inspirational focus. Many, many thanks. I couldn't do it without you all.

    Hey all

Is it okay to very occasional save up one day's HE's for use the next day?

You shouldn't, but since you will be excercising quite a lot I can't
see how a one off will affect your weight loss ;) The official line is no, though.

I tried magic porridge with a weight watchers vanilla yoghurt, it improved the yoghurt no end :D Although I was naughty and had a tsp brown sugar because I think that just MAKES a porridge! it goers runny like toffee sauce - YUMMY!!

My magic porridge was made 10 mins before eating, but was fine, nice and "soaked" IYKWIM.

    Today's menu has been:

    b)magic porridge (B + 2 for sugar)
    snack: 2 alpen light (B)
    l) cabbage, leek & potato soup, then some smash with HEa cheese (plus a bit) and ketchup (6)
    d) Noodle and veg stir fry, with cheese (A)

Might have some options stirred into a toffee yoghurt in a bit

    Hello Everyone!

So after three weeks of gaining, I lost last night!! 1.5lbs! Yeah I am happy. This week is kinda clear apart from friday. Of to a hospital apointment which is in a hospital 2 hours away so a long day for there, but we will have lunch at the hospital which will be fine as I can have salad. Then we are doing our shopping friday night, so I plan to go mad on the free food so I can back on plan. But I have been promising hubby that we can have a domino's pizza when we got a new car, well we got a new car so we are having a domino's pizza friday night, but I will be right back on track saturday.

    Well done Jolene:T:T:T

And never mind BJD, start over with a new week! Was the gain a surprise or had you eaten a little off plan?

I'm having an EE day (I think)

    B: bananas and yogurt
L: salad, hams, mozzerella (HEA), bread (HEB) and dressing (4 syns)
D: pasta and tomato sauce, fruit salad

    snacks, fruit, yogs.

Had a bit of a breakout yesterday and had a shortbread biscuit and mini mars bar an top of my daily syns - not a huge amount I know but I am really trying to stick at it 100% to get maximum efficiency (that bikini's looking very small!)

Does anyone know how many syns would be in a medium thin crust cheese & tomato pizza from domino's? Just want to scare myself!:eek:As this is what I am going to be eating on Friday night. But I promise to be good from the next day!:A

  • Hi People

I'm back on track now with SW on the EE plan - which I love :D

I have been looking to stop shopping at Tesco's for money saving reasons for some time now and have just discovered that Asda now deliver to my area :j

So, what is good to buy at Asda for losing lb's and saving £'s???

    TIA

Hi I have slowly lost a stone since Jan but now my I am maintaining. Woudl liek to give my loss a bit of a boost and wondered about trying Mix 2 Max for a change as I seem to get a bit stuck trying to think of different things to have for lunch and tea on a a green or red day. It sounds too good to be true taht I coudl have Marions rice for brekkie, then a red lunch and green tea and two HE A and B! (Have I got this correct?) Has anybody done Mix 2 max, does it work? any recommendations?

    TIA

Thanks Paris Kate! I lost 3 lb last week which seemed unlikely to me and then gained 3.5 lb this week, so it's more like a 1/2 lb gain over two weeks really. Which isn't too bad actually.

Anyway, the huge figure of 3.5 lbs will shock me into being angelic this week. I am trying EE today as I'm cooking a roast dinner for 7 this evening and I have already prepared the quark cheesecake! :AI will do a non-SW apple crumble for the others.
