Hi all, I joined slimming world last night. Been shopping today to get supplies in and have done my best today.

    I had:
B: Weetabix and skimmed milk Ha + Hb
    S:Grapes
    L:King prawn and salad
    D:Chicken and bacon with salad
S:King prawn in WM roll Hb

I feel like i've eaten to much today to have done well though??
Also struggling to think of meal plans which is why I've joined this thread :)

have you tried the SW webiste? or the SW magazine ~ I find they have some useful meal ideas, at the moment I am doing EE or green days so I can eat most things if I am sensible

Today I had jacket & beans with 1oz cheese & a big salad (green) yesterday was spag-bol (EE) using very low fat mince, I see it as a challenge to take my fav meals & adapt to SW

It's amazing how much you can eat - sometimes I fell really stuffed!

Hello to all the new folk:hello::hello: Seems like holidays are a real motivator and we all want to look good on the beach:D

Angie, I've also been looking carefully at the speed foods and thinking what meals to plan, have you found it makes a big difference to your loss eating speed foods?

off to a friend's place tomorrow but she's pregnant and eating very healthily so I will be fine I think.

    Goodnight, sleep well...
