I find this search page quite handy. Searches the big supermarket chains for offers e.g. Mullerlight:

  • Good evening everyone.

Well a successful weigh in this afternoon - I lost another 1/2 lb. Not much but every little helps towards my goal; I will just have to try a little harder.

I must look up everything I'm not sure about as guessing does not help. Nor does buying the wrong yoghort. I didn't realise it was a fullfat Greek yoghort until I had eaten it. Whoops!

Hi all, I joined slimming world last night. Been shopping today to get supplies in and have done my best today.

    I had:
B: Weetabix and skimmed milk Ha + Hb
    S:Grapes
    L:King prawn and salad
    D:Chicken and bacon with salad
S:King prawn in WM roll Hb

I feel like i've eaten to much today to have done well though??
Also struggling to think of meal plans which is why I've joined this thread :)
  • The easy way to tell if mugshots are free on green/easy, is if the have 1% on the front, then they are free, anything else has syns (as kindofagilr detailed)
  • Good evening everyone - another weigh in and there is a little less of me - 1/2 lb off tonight :D :T:

I ate 89 speed foods last week , and will be concentrating again on having a minimum of 5 speed foods a day to boost my loss :) As a target lady, I am only trying to lose a little, and AF was visiting this week, so hopefully 1lb next week would be grand

Hi Angie, not seen you around for a little while. Glad to hear you're still in target zone. I'm still enroute!

yes i struggle with knowing what to do. my partner is very fussy with food and he wont eat jacket potatoes, salad, pasta, flavoured rice, much fish and so on. he would eat fish and chips and curry every nigth given the chance (and so would i)

i got himm into ready brek each morning so i can share that at least, but he refuses to have semi skimmed or even full fat milk, he only uses gurnsey full cream so we cant even share the ready brek!!!!
