Hello there
I've been very good all week. :A
B's - combo of brie, sausies, mex fudge, ham
L's - chicken, bacon and mucho veg stew, beef casserole or HM curry both over squashed cauli
Eve's - combo of salad with mex fudge, flax bread, cheese, ham n philly rolls, sausies, mayo
Mostly having 1 coffee int morn and ~ 100ml of full fat goat's milk before work, all day at work and once home green tea or water with a splash of Roses lime cordial.
It's easy really as I like these foods.
Do like cake too though and 1 evening for tea I had mockolate danish with double cream Very few carbs and settled my sweet urges for days.
I've also 1ce had some double cream - about 100ml - with a teaspoon of vanilla essence mixed in.
Need to make some more curry as I've had the last one today.
Hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

I use Oraldene mouthwash at work. I keep it in the wash room so have a little swizzle if I feel the need when I go to the loo.
I always keep extra strong mints in my coat pocket too just in case. I have 1 or 2 a day. More if about to work in close quarters with others - not very often but good to know I have them just in case.
I am always v aware when my breath smells but think I head off the worst of it with the above :T

Evening everyone
Well it is shopping list/meal list time of the week but my freezer/fridge are so full that I only need eggs.
So I've had a dig around the freezers and come up with the following.
Saturday- Burgers made with mince from the freezer & a cheese crisp as the bun with salad.
Sunday- YS corn fed Poussin with a swede mash & green beans
Monday- LO Beef in hm lc gravy served with cauli mash
Tuesday- Spam fritter coated with Parmesan served with salad. ( I know, we've had it 3 weeks running but it is OH's favourite )
Wednesday- LO Chilli with cabbage "noodles"
Thursday- Any lo, OH is out for a high carb 3 courses followed by cheese board type meal.
Friday- Spicy pork chops served with garlic butter stir fried red onion & mushrooms.
Snacks will be HM cajun spiced pecans, berries & cream, pepperamis, our our beloved porky scratchings
Hope everyone is well & doing well xLife is short, smile while you still have teeth0 -
