Sorry Badge.
Doesn't sound like a quick job does it? Hope it not too much of a disruption.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Just looked & the 6 mini caramel shortcakes (Thorntons) I had with my coffee this morning are suitable for vegetarians. Unfortunately not suitable for low-carbers!!0

I am so so in the naughty corner. On Thursday my OH took me to the Chinese restaurant buffet. I ate loads of carbs. Then tea I had a piece of birthday cake DD 16th. Yesterday I had cake again after tea and easter chocolate. I have put 3 pound on in 3 days and feel like S*** Because I have eaten carbs I am now craving them more. If I don't eat them I don't crave them. Plus I am diabetic and should not eat them anyway. Any way start again today. Good note the suns out and I am off on my bike after and its given good weather all week so will do a meal plan for all week and exercise. I made a promise to be good all week and see what I lose.sw start date 23/09/2013 4 st 8 pounds to go....as of 21/10/13 not 3 stone 7 to go for first target. updated 18/11/13 now 2 stone 10lbs to go to first target.0
