Flipping heck...add strong willed to your list of attributes girl! Cake would not have lived to see another day in my house. Btw, fancy a toy boy Badger? I have an almost 20 year old I could send down to you? :D

I think a wee bout of infectious 'down-ness' (I know that's not a word ) has swept across this board lately. We're all as bad as each other.

Doc pulled me up the other day as it's been 5 and a half years since my last smear and he's on my case about it. I wont go cos I'm fat.

We all have thoughts that are daft when we're down. It'll pass.

Ok you lot, @rses in gear please.....I want you ALL (SWEET THAT MEANS YOU TOO).....ready to go again on Monday. If you need to go shopping for suitable food...you have two days! If you need to have a last wallow in a bad mood...do it now! From Monday you're gonna be moving on!

A fair few of us have been less than careful with our food intake lately and if we have any hope of gliding along the beach gracefully as opposed to wobbling along it like a walrus.....we need to get back to making the effort.

    We want to be here.....

    Looking like this......

    and NOT this......

I'm sure she is a very lovely lady but I'd prefer to look like white bikini girl. (Even although in reality I suspect Im gonna look like white bikini girls' Mother.:rotfl:)

    So........sort your heads out....Monday is a-coming! :D

Eek, my house has been overrun with workmen! I've got one down a 12-foot hole directly in front of my front door (be careful to remember that, Badger), and another one trapsing through the house and up and down stairs...

I've told them to make their own drinks and I'm outta here! Will head to Tesco so I can use their loo... but what can I get for a low-carb veggie breakfast while I'm out and about?

  • Badger, can you quickly make one of those yummy sounding peanut butter smoothies & take it with you??

Or go into a cafe & order a cheese omelette??

    Good luck!!

What the heck are you having done to need a 12 foot hole?

Have some bacon and eggs in Tesco. :)

They're fixing a collapsed drain under the pavement in front of my house (but they've got through my front garden to save getting a council licence). Because my house is 3-storey built into a hill, the front garden is actually 12 feet higher than the drains...

Good thought on the omelette, Sweet - I'd love to make something before I go (massive craving for peanut smoothie!) but don't want to be rude in front of the men :o Plus, massive smell of sewage in the kitchen, somehow doesn't seem hygenic
