Morning everyone - early start for me as I'm away all week for work now and not back until Friday so need to organise a few last minute things!

Another good day yesterday, long may this continue.

Sistercas - it's usually my feet and knees where the weight comes off first, no idea if this is odd or normal but I love pulling my shoes tighter.

PP - thanks, it feels good. and :rotfl: at you and the voddies with YS lemons/limes!!

Breakfast is yoghurt and berries, after that I have no idea. Will try to pick up some cheese at Wetherby services on the way south. I've got at least two 'formal' dinners with colleagues whilst away so will try to have steak or burger or some such LC stuff.

Happy week to you all - I look forward to reading your exploits when I get back.

Morning all! Well....had a curry last night! My local does a lamb special (BIG dish)-creamy & sweet(!). Called them to see if they could make without sugar (I'd add splenda) but they said it was pineapple juice (a little) that gave it a sweet taste.So...changed to a Lamb karhai...then thought ..'sod it-I'll have what I want' (after all that sugar is mixed in with loads of fat & cream & protein!)-so had with 1 chapatti (around 20 carbs) & a few drinks...(voddie-now there's a surprise!)..LOVELY LOVELY!. G/F jad same. She's be LCing for a week...& lost a kilo (measured 2 days ago)....but she looks much slimmer. She was a carb monster before...! My ketostic (I know...a tad obsessive) was still mid range.....hers was down a bit -she suffered Sat/Sun i suppose with 'carb flue' -tured, thirsty-but seems fine today.

Lovely hot choc for her this am....50gms (ml-same thing) dbl cream, 4 tsp splenda, top with water, 15g bournville cocoa (might use 10 next time as very choclatey!)...around 4.2 gms carbd but so luxurious! Gonna weigh myself next Friday. Feel great & certainly look slimmer...need to be a good boy & not 'tipple' in the week. Will 100% get to gym this week-if I don't mention it guys & girls please NAG me...........(!)

Well done Mazzers! Go for it!
I just sat down after walking chops to decide what Yoga I'm going to do today after my aerobic exercise, and got carried away reading/watching other stuff. It's lethal! Need to get my backside off this chair as I have lots to do today and want a good workout as weekends are usually rather lax for me.

Anyway, just saw your post and smiled; so thought I'd wish you good luck. May your week be a good one :)

EDIT: I just sat down to eat my lunch (prawn cocktail and Romaine lettuce with chilli flakes) and realised I hadn't posted this. I went out and did a few chores then did an hour's exercise. I've completely run out of time now and had loads more to do, but school run time now. On the back foot as usual! <rollseyes>

    EDITEDIT: Thanks Cas :)

Although i think you have to spend a minimum of £16 for free/reduced delivery??? I've done loads of google searchs to see if it's available in west yorkshire-can't find it anywhere!

Sistercas-if you hav any asian shops near you buy the almonds loose-much cheaper-also the linseeds (flax) 99p for 500gms!
