Hi , hubby has thrown the carton out in the bin but I can tell you its in a foil deep tray that slides into its carboard cover. Its 2 chicken fillets wrapped in bacon in a leek sauce. In my iceland it was in the freezer where you look down at it. I will be buying more this week so will get the info for you then if you cant find it.

    Hi all!

Orrible weather all day, glad to be home. :T

First day back at work and it went ok, eventually. :rotfl:

B - scrambled eggs with melted cheese
Mid morn - 4 1in squares of Mexican Fudge - yum!
L - HM chicken and green bean Ceylon curry over cauli
Eve - quite a bit more Mex fudge with rocket and watercress salad, mayo.

1 cup of coffee early morn and green tea since.

Apart from the back to work blues I've felt pretty good today, getting enthusiastic about LC is helping - I'd forgotten quite how lovely eating like this is :D

Have some nice gluten free sausies so fancy them tomorrow with cauli mash n veg. YUM!

Evening - went off menu but kept on plan! :j

Sainsbury's have thick lengths of belly pork in packets so I cut one of the lengths into strips and stir fried them with a splash of jerk sauce, combined it all with stir friend sprouts, red pepper and broccoli - covered it all in sour cream and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Totally yummy.

See, a couple of days with dedicated determination and the habit starts forming. Let's see if I can keep it up.

Tomorrow going for a Health Walk at an NT site, in the company of others I won't back down.

I don't know how it is possible but the wii is telling me that I have lost 8 of the 10lb I put on over Christmas  I do feel like I've never been off the toilet today, so I think water was alot of it.

Is anyone else having trouble buying meat at the moment? I went to Sainsburys the other day, out of bacon  Now I've just got back from Lidl & they were out of just about all meat as well.
Life is short, smile while you still have teeth :D

Well done on the water/weight loss! No matter the cause it's always welcome.

I bought a load of meat yesterday at Sainsbury's so can't say I've seen the problem - could be people restocking their fridges/freezers. I was in Lidl too but only for yoghurt.

I am SO full up, it feels like I won't have to eat for a week, but of course I will be hungry again in time for breakfast.

Debt Monkey - hope you are still doing OK?

Mercy - I meant 'old' as in previous... :p am revisiting the first page for menu ideas and some are very tempting :o may have to do some experimentation this weekend.
