I have eaten far too much sugar! Back to work tomorrow and some semblance of routine.
Must not allow myself to be seduced by any more carbs ...

You are me! I am you.
Stollen, Christmas pud, Panettone, Crisps. What on earth have I been thinking? And there's still half a ton of crap in the house to consume.
I stood on the scales. It wasn't pretty.
Oh well roll on new year and I'll get a grip I promise.

Left over beef & mushroom omlette for dinner. It feels good to eat lighter again.

Had a few lc sandwiches to-day but as I try and keep my bread to brekkies I guess I'm up a few carbs - can feel the muffin top creeping back again - will have to get my a... in order sometime soon or I'm going to undo all the good work I've done. Friends to-morrow night and Sat night then big family get together on Sunday and that is it all over - back to lc Mon.

Morning campers....13st 6lbs or 85.7kg.....so a happy bunny today! Given ip with irwins bread-tesco said they COULD order it & now say they can't???!! Gonna attempt a wholewheat....bran & flax yeast bread in breadmaker. Adding some vitamin c & a bit of xantham (as i think it acts like gluten)-we'll see how that turns out. Always have flax bread or my soya/almond recipe-but have frozen a Burgen loaf as thats not bad at 10.9gms/slice (had i slice toasted with cheese for breakfast-3 hrs later no affect on ketostix).

If recipe a success will post it on here. The flax/soy+almond is nice but doesn't really toast. Must get my backside in gear with wheat gluten, etc...

Anyone know how long ketobreath stays for?? I'm on 20-25 gms carb a day.

EDIT-bread a disaster. Too soft & didn't rise...right wheat gluten it is then. I WANT IRWINS BREAD!

Fell off the wagon in great style to-day-you don't really want to know all that I ate and drank -but let's just say I finished it all off with Remy Martin cheesecake with rhubarb crumble and ice cream!!!! I will pay for this!!!!

    Afternoon Peeps

I`ve been keeping a low profile and lurking - have y`all noticed :p

I got on the scales two days ago and i`m surprised that i`ve not broken them :rotfl:

Just back from the shops and i`ve stocked up on some lc food for next week, not sure whether it will be Monday or Tuesday when i start but i`m ready for it :D I feel like a stuffed pig atm and i`m uncomfortable a lot of the time as i`m so bloated, in one way i can`t wait to get started again and in another i want to finish all the carp that is knocking about in the house - i`ll just shovel whats left down DH i think :D

I managed to get today and tomorrow off w*rk :j We were planning to take Dad out to the pub tonight but he`s not too well and wants to veg out in front of the telly so think that DH & i will probably just go down to the local pub later, too late to make new plans now.

Now that i`ve sat down i don`t want to get up again :o
I really need to go upstairs and drill some holes for the new curtain pole but i`m not sure whether i will or not, i`ve got absolute 80`s on the radio and feel like chilling but i know that i only feel like this because of all the rubbish that i`ve eaten recently.

Think i`ll finish off that huge bar of galaxy thats in the cupboard before i decide what to do

Hope that everyone has a lovely new year!

    See you in 2012 xxx
