  • Well...apart from the vodka (honest-I'm NOT an alkie-but other 1/2 is away abroad...he he!) been pretty good on the LC front. Now at 13 st 7lbs (how the hell is Ketosis working when I've been drinking...not dehydration as been drinking 6 pints water a day!).

God...if I get to 13 st 2/3 lbs will have lost a stone! Being very carefull to have good carbs (broccoli, sprouts, etc ) & keep the fat intake up (I know loads of research has said that sat. fat is good for you-but I'm 50% olive oil as feel better that way)...had scrambled eggs (I always microwave them-can make em creamy!) & fried mushroom for bfast-&-horror of horror (!) a small 70gm apple....don't feel deprived in the slightest of anything! Have a good day all!

Hi all - well everyone seems to be doing well - maybe falling off the wagon a bit but not crashing off it! Got my 3 loaves to-day - debtmonkey did you get yours to-day - I can't quite remember when you were to get it.
Having friends round to-night - was going to do nibbles and stuff and then thought that's too much like hard work so having a veggie curry - using brown rice to try and limit damage - says she drinking a Bailey's!!!!
Got 6 roasts to-day for half price so well stocked for Sunday dinners.
    Stay well.

Nutty babe I'm back on the wagon now but will cheat again on New years eve & day. My husband & I normally weigh in daily but we are going to wait until the 2nd now. What ever the damage we will deal with it.
Beanrua well done on getting the roasts half price, I love a bargain. Just nipped to the local Tesco (for toilet roll) & they had 6pk pitta bread for 6p so I bought 5 packs for the kids.
They also had 4 pints of milk for 25p needs using today, I'm mum of the year because I just made them chocolate milkshakes :) the rest is now a cheese sauce for the kids in the freezer.
Not far to that stone mark now debtmonkey:j:beer:

That was vodka glasses not beer:rotfl:

i am so jealous. had pizza tonight and can feel my asthma starting a little. :( looks like i cant have any cheat days without suffering! much as i love low carbing it would be nice to have an off day or 2 occasionally without getting ill. but i suppose it gives me more insentive not too cheat. :p

Sistercas - water water and more water used to help me.

Beanru - well done on all those half price roasts. i saw some in asda the other day but my freezer is so jam packed i wouldnt get any in. i did get 2 blocks of cheese for 99p though and am kicking myself i didnt get more with how much i eat of the stuff and i am sure i could have found space for them! :rotfl:

might have to see how choccy effects my asthma later, just for future reference you understand! :D
