Crushed pork rinds work very well, so does parmesan cheese. It goes crispy like bread crumbs.

I really like cauliflower & corned beef fritters battered with parmesan, yummy :)

sunnyday - I didn't explain myself very well at all.
You are really a true inspiration with all the things you are doing - you make me dizzy. I wish I was more like you but I am a bit ditsy and spend my time writing plays etc etc so nothing else ever gets done. The only real thing I have achieved recently is losing weight!!!
newleaf - Wasn't that really kind of Black Farmer - and kind of you to let them know that you enjoyed their product. A compliment never goes amiss.
sweet - no H & B or Aldi near me so I'll just have to make do. re Irwins bread, ask your local Tesco to order some - no problem according to the lady I spoke to.
hannoja - My scales are sometimes like that - but I just believe the lowest figure - makes me feel good and there's nothing wrong with that.
mazzers - 3-4 g per slice is fantastic. You can have 2 slices to my one.
Confession time - I got my Tesco order delivered a while ago and I ordered some really good wine to give as Xmas presents. I was worried about imminent snow as I get really blocked in here so I thought I would get all my Xmas presents sorted out now. Anyway you can guess the rest - I've opened a bottle of really good wine - because I'm worth it!! - mustn't lose weight too quickly!!!! still got a few weeks to go to finally get in shape for Xmas.

Just a little bit of info i learned way back...

The body will burn alcohol as fuel first instead of fat when l/cing, so thats why it stalls you........ i'm full of useless information me :D
  • I'm onto my second glass of fuel ;)

I've been [STRIKE]lusting after[/STRIKE] looking at the Green & Black's website tonight - talk about chocolate !!!!!! If only I could justify spending £80 on their Christmas hamper. I had 3 rows of their 70% dark choccie tonight (I blame Sunny for mentioning Old Jamaica (again :p)) really enjoyed it though :)

OK - preparing to be stalled - reckon it's worth it - for one night only!!!!! Will probably regret it to-morrow.
