BFB - there are loads of LC puddings listed on page 1 which should give you an idea of what to eat, think anything heavy on the cream side should be fine!

Thanks for this! Just thinking of desserts seems to satisfy me these days, it's like I don't dare indulge as I don't know what it will lead to!

However I've gone and gotten myself a cough and cold and it's playing havoc with my sense of taste and I'm just not hungry and can't seem to tell when I'm satisfied. I really hope that this doesn't set me back.

I have a few peperami's just in case but my favourite is salami with soft cheese in the middle. Yum!

Where can I buy that from? Is it widely available? (eg ASDA)
    Thanks,

Pack of German Salami (I like Tesco best but everywhere does it) and a pack of full fat philedelphia. 2 slices of salami, a TBSP of cheese squished between slices and cut in half, almost like a sandwich. YUM!!
  • Hi guys.

I'm trying again from today. I lost about a stone and a half on the low carb and for a while I was very good at maintaining it. If I had a few bad days I would get back on it again strictly for a few days. I felt great and was exercising regularly.

Then over the summer my routine got disrupted.

So from today I'm back on it properly (after a false start LOL).

Bacon and eggs for breakfast and Cold chicken, salad, mayo and cheese for lunch so far.

    Good luck everyone!

Got a nice piece of cooked chicken breast (half the price of the one they cut up for you) and I cut it myself. Made into two portions, enough for later or tomorrow.

Good luck! I seem to be able to tell if I've eaten too many carbs now!
