Looking forward to my Monday weigh in

Am overdosing on raspberries and strawberries - they only last for a short time and I need to distract myself away from the most delicious summer fruit of them all - cherries! Really really want to have some.
Breakfast was some egg mayo followed by a bowl of berries. Evening meal will be some home-made soup, going out now so don't know what lunch will be.
Hope everyone is doing OK>0 -
Does anyone have any recommendations for any of the available low carb pizza bases or pizza mix bases?0
-
I am finding it hard to walk past all the carbs on the buffet, the other night it was, pizza, chicken, pasta, rice, potatoes, garlic bread and carrots, so chicken and carrots it was, very boring meal i must say.
Off to weigh myself right now, it has been a week since i started, back in a minute.0 -
Evening food was a tub of egg mayo with bacon. Thank goodness LC helps eliminate wind from the system. :rotfl:[/QUOTE]
Gers is this a bought tub or did you make it if so - how?
Is soya milk better or can I use skimmed milk for coffee?0 -

it depends on the range but they both have in the 4-5g per 100g of carbs
you have to watch some skimmed milk as it can have more carbs in it than 1% milk, and more cals.0 -
I didn't manage to weigh in yesterday morning but I weighed in today and I've lost 5lbs since last week :jDebt: Started at £4780, now at £4190
