    Thanks for the comments folks!

Buffet was a tad difficult but salad and cold ham was the best option.

Venison casserole is so good - any old beef casserole or such like will do, venison is lower in everything bad for you and much tastier. I got some fresh meat when away on holiday (shot on the estate) so it was perfect.

Just had a bowl of raspberries and cream for 'supper' :j Will try to pick up some of the Aldi's bakes tomorrow as I miss the crunch of crackers and need something to put my beloved chicken liver pate on.

Hope everyone had a good day.

Morning - sun is up again.

Had my first plate of bacon and egg for ages and thoroughly enjoyed it. Cooked it in coconut oil and enjoyed that too so must get back into having some every day. Will have some yoghurt and berries later, not a great fan of yoghurt really but will get through the tub. Every so often I take a 'fancy' to it, buy a tub and then realise after the first serving that it's not my favourite food!

Got the gas service bloke coming this morning so have to wait in. Got a piece of work which needs serious attention so now is the perfect time to knuckle down.

    Hope everyone is doing fine.

I have bacon and eggs fried in coconut oil at least 3 or 4 times a week but today fancied something different and made an omelet.

Whipped up two eggs with a bit of cream and chucked in the pan where 2 rashers of bacon and 6 mushrooms all chopped up had been frying. finished off under the grill and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Was delish but boy do I feel full now........

i get some funny looks in sainsbury this morning as i purchased 1600g of turkey breast, sliced extra thick :)

cant be bothered to explain that once trimmed of skin and fat its 7 200g breakfasts :p

ohh and it was third off :T:T

I gave up buying the packet meat as its all processed, reformed and all injected with crap and soaked in sodium nitrate to make it absorb water >.< but the whole food on the deli seams to be much more palatable and its a lot cheaper as well.

Not really been following thread as I have been misbehaving but wanted to pass on info. Forgive me if it has been posted before. Aldi's are now doing salt and vinegar peanuts and I know a lot of you were having trouble getting them recently. Are 89p for 200g.

Am planning to restart next week once life has settled a bit.
