Mazzers, did you live in our house? We had that wallpaper! Very cute pic though, you look beautiful :)

Hanspan, just got back from Lidl and opened tub 1 of 2 on the Creamy Greek Yoghurt - wow, lush! Such a bargain and, while it has a slightly more sour taste than Total, it's the closest thing I've ever come across! Really, really thick and tasty, just like spooning ice cream  Thanks for that tip!

  • I relapsed with alcohol on Friday night even though i went out determined not to drink. Went out to lunch yesterday and had a big breakfast...most of which was allowed. I did manage to not eat the fried bread but some of the beans and all of the bubble and squeak i ate. Then when we got home i have a packet of choc gems and some easter egg. Man am i paying for the carb intake today...feel real rough so back on the straight and narrow once again. Kev didnt have alcohol but has had carbs this weekend although not many and he feels fine...oh to be a man ;)

  • Hello peeps

mazzers, that photo is lovely of you & baby. Can't imagine why you ever thought you were big then but I know what you mean when you have smaller sisters - I've always been the 'big' sister even though I'm the youngest. I'm taller by about 2" & 3" & they have always been size 10 - 12 whereas I ........... haven't!! :o

MrsF, there are lots of alcohol lapses on this thread!! And quite a few other lapses as well come to think of it, so you are in good company!! :rotfl:

I managed to get out for a bike ride today (about 40 minutes) but I was sooooooooo tired. Had an hour-long bath when I came back to help me recover. Think it was the 'assault course' yesterday that done me in!! :rotfl:

Decided to have ham salad for lunch & going to have salmon & spring onion mayo salad for dinner. Really want the steak pie that hubby & kids are having though.
