    Aliasojo,

I used to be really messy, but one day came home to find that all my stuff I had left out was put in a dustbin bag outside. My mum was fed up so pretended she was going to dump it all. Woke me up big time!!
Hope you lose tomorrow. Its keeping me going to see the weight loss of you guys.;)
No carb cravings so far today...yeah!

  • Oh dear, the day started like this :EasterBun
And the carb fest continued throughout the day:rolleyes:
I wasn't going to indulge too much, but you know how it is, once I start, I don't know when to stop:o

Anyway, I've had a lovely day and now I'm feeling totally stuffed (it's amazing how your body can expand so much in one day:eek:).
I hope everyone else has had a good day too;)

    :easter:

Things went from bad to worse, so fresh start tomorrow.

Is unbelievable how carbs can make you sooo bloated i look 9months preggers again.

I dont want to have bread any more, it has a horrible effect on me, i have heartburn again, and bloatedness is a horrible feeling.

Got that lovely salmon tomorrow tho.

TOTM soon so hope i've lost, if only a gram or two

I worked up a right old sweat so if I dont lose tomorrow I'll be gobsmacked. :D

Me too. I went out for a walk in the woods today & got lost!! Honestly it was like one of those bl00dy Army assault courses!! Down slippy muddy bits, over & under fallen trees, hiking up steep slopes!! I was knack**ed!! So if I haven't lost tomorrow I am gonna be seriously p1ssed off!!

Had the curry tonight (yum yum!!) & I'm hoping that wasn't too bad - the carb content was 3.1g per serving (just the sauce) but it's possible I had more than a serving  so I'm estimating about 15g for the whole meal?? Made it with leek & mushrooms & had it with cauli & broc. Really enjoyed it but really wanted the naan bread that I bought for hubby & kids :(

mazzers, I am seriously scared of you now - I like a bit of door slamming now & again but bending frying pans out of shape?! :rotfl:That is some temper!! And strength!! :rotfl:

newish, you had a lovely day & it just happened to involve chocolate guzzling, I envy you!! Have had to watch kids dig into their second easter egg tonight & the smell of chocolate ..............!!!! I haven't missed chocolate too much since starting low-carb but think it's because it's Easter Sunday & there is just so much chocolate milling around - test the patience of a bl00dy saint!!

That's what I'm like.... it's scarey what carbs can do:eek::eek:

Sweet, I blamed the kids anyway. They kept starting different eggs and not finishing them (I couldn't waste them:rolleyes:).

I have so got to get back on the straight and narrow tomorrow though. We go away in 5 weeks and I would love to loose an extra couple of pounds before we go:rolleyes:

I think chocolate has a longer 'best before/use by' date than the day it was opened?! :rotfl:

I do hope so. I've got 3

Although the plan for tomorrow is to eat as much as poss - to clear the decks - and watch all the telly I've missed :) Dr Who, Ladies of Letters and Red Dwarf.

Glad I didn't go to asda as it was prolly closed, supported the local shop instead. It's funny how even though your family know you don't eat choc they still feel the need to get you some? Bro1 was thoughtful though and got me a nice bottle of red wine instead :) They just don't get it do they? :rotfl:

Don't really fancy the choc. Might take some into work on Tues and get rid of it that way. might eat it all tomorrow :rotfl: I'll see how I feel. Fat is how I feel right now.

Lovely sista made brownies, lemon meringue and manchester tart :) Had tart and a small brownie. Not being especially good, just really full from massive amounts of lasagne. :rotfl: Later I had more tart. Just a bit - it was SOOOOO good. Our Jo knows how to make dessert :)

Well it's been a lovely day in bolton, sunny and warm. Warmer from the love a family has when they're all sarky nutters :) :rotfl:

  • Mercy, Dr. Who not one of the best ones I've seen but obviously you still have to watch it!! :D
Enjoy your choccy eggs, I would if I had any but I obviously sounded too sincere when I told my hubby/kids not to buy me any for Easter
    Good night peeps. x

I can identify with the plate smashing thing. I had a flip out when I wanted to get rid of a live in boyfriend. Simply asking nicely didn't work so I smashed things til he left

I really went to town in the back room and the kitchen. Good job he still had a reasonable turn of speed :) Funnily enough in my rage I managed not to break anything I really liked :) Including his silly head. But that was more fear of commiting a homicide and the results than altruism :rotfl:

Never bent a pan though. That takes commitment :rotfl:

Rage expressed is better in the long run I think. Internalising just makes the option of homicide more appealing :rotfl:

Hope you've all had as good a day as possible. I need a refreshing week at a spa where they just give u rub downs, water and cold showers for a week - no food. That'd likely put me straight. I feel ruff as. No bread or pasta, gona get that tatooed on my forehead :) Or I could just write it on the mirror?

    Yay! It's still the holidays!

    Big love and sweet dreams!
