Hey you, welcome back!
Towards the top of the page is a link saying "Thread Tools". Click on that and a menu appears. Choose "Subscribe to this thread" and choose whether you want email notifications or not.
Then, whenever you want to come back here, you can go to "usercp" (see links just a bit higher up the page)Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Thanx Badger-lady, Mazzers & all,
I'm looking forward to trying out the recipes on that website, especially the cauliflower pizza. Bought some tofu (never really been a fan but needs must) and quorn to add to the meals and a fab book I read about somewhere on this thread.
Will try out the fudge...mmmm. I'm sure my OH will like that too.
I'll keep you up to date with my progress.:D:D"I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -
Hi,
I've done the 'thread tools' thing. I got confused because when I originally clicked on it, the only choice was to 'unsubscribe'. Why do I need 'user CP'? And where has everyone got those cute pics from?Vegetarian. Have cut out all high carb food. Not following any particular plan.Started 20/1/2009. Weight lost so far 29lbs. Er, OK... so that means you've already subscribed.
When you go to "user CP", you'll see this thread there:
1) Click on a link under it that says "see all subscribed threads".
2) Click in the tickbox that appears next to this thread
3) Open the little menu under it next to "Selected threads"
4) Choose what type of email notification you wantMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
I don't understand. It isn't like you've described. But never mind. I think I've pushed a few buttons and I now seem to have e-mail notifications so that's okay. I have been totally bad today as well. With sweet things, too, which is not normally my bag.
Have been a bit fed up this week, as not been losing even though been being fairly good. Guess I need to be stricter now that I'm within a stone of target - whereas, of course, the reverse is true: I'm being lax and undisciplined, and if I'm not careful I'll start gaining instead.0 -

Well the sun shone from the moment I landed in Switzerland til I departed. Can't ask for more. Got a tan and a fat belly. I've had fun!
Brought back a lot of choc for folks for Easter and only brought back V Dark choc for myself.
Feel like I wanna be a week from now as totally bloated fatty. Not happy eating bread a lot although it was nice at the time.
Heyho, I've done it now.
The sun shone when I got back too so 'sunny Bolton' isnt THAT far fetchedAsked my hol chums what they'd do cos it'll rain now I've gone
They said it'd be nice to have a day they didn't need sunscreen
Hope you all have very sweet dreams
Happy Easter to you all!
