Probably a daft question but, can you freeze it so it's even more ice-cream like?!0 -

Hmm... don't think I'd bother - it would just make it icy cold and I like it warmer! It really is as thick as ice cream anyway...
But in theory there's no reason why you couldn't, guess you just have to keep whipping it up while it freezes..?Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

Oops - did I not warn of the addictive quality of the stuff? I'm usually just an occasional yoghurt person whereas OH eats a bowlful with fake maple syrup most nights, but there's something about this stuff - particularly with granola.0 -

Still hungry
Have had my dinner but knew when I was eating it that it wasn't going to be enough. Really wanted that steak pie instead!!
newish, I made some of those cream cheese pancakes for aftersnot sweet enough for me 'plain' - do you jazz them up with anything? I tried a bit of splenda & a tsp of cocoa in the mix but it didn't work!!

Hi sweet, I'm not really into pancakes, I used to make them plain (no sweetener) as I used them as wraps only. In the original recipe, I think it said to add 1 tsp of vanilla extract.... never tried it thoughIf you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
My way is Atkins0 -
