Hello Hello Helloooooo ...................................
That was my voice echoing in the emptiness!! Where is everyone today?!
I've been out all day, just in & it's horrible & cold & foggy outside.
Have been to Whitby this afternoon - anyone know it?! Very famous for 2 things - Dracula & The Magpie fish & chip restaurant/takeaway!! Don't think I need to say any more on that subject
badger, I called into Lidl & looked for that bucket of yoghurt & it really is a bucket!! :rotfl: Can't believe you ate half of it!! Decided not to buy any as I really don't trust myself with it at the moment!!
mazzers, the wispa was safely rescued, & eaten, by my eldest
alias, have you gone AWOL??
Well, I have had a bad day today. Felt so hungry but the thought of eggs, bacon etc just made me feel queasy. Went to Tesco this morning & couldn't bring myself to buy any pork steaks, cream, even leeks!! I just seem unable to face low-carb food for some reasonProblem is I don't know what I do want?? Had sandwiches & soup for lunch & I did enjoy them but I don't want to go back to that lifestyle. Think I'm having a low-carb crisis?! mazzers, I think you are feeling the same?? Or is it just me??
Anyway, I'm going to York tomorrow & I'll be taking sandwiches so won't be low-carbing again.
Sorry for being whingey, whiney today, just feel a bit that way, suppose I'm disappointed in myself again.
Will be brighter tomorrow!!:D:D:D:D:D

Tis me too.Bran flakes for breakki, a meat and potato pie on the run, out of the bakers for lunch...and sausage casserole with boiled potatoes, roaster and carrots for tea.
I'm not worthy.
Oh and an Easter egg too.
I was trying to lie under the radar for a couple of days.
I am fully committed to restarting again soon but I have had an erratic couple of days and the next 2 will be similar so I'm loathe to try to restart if I'm going to be at a disadvantage iyswim.Herman - MP for all!0 -
alias, if Tesco still had Easter Eggs I'd have had one of them too!!
Your meals sound good to me!!
I don't know what happened with me today, have just had a mental block against anything remotely low-carbI have felt so hungry since last night but couldn't face the usual eggs (obviously not Easter or creme ), cheese, ham etc, basically anything & everything that I should be having. Think my stomach might be on strike?!

Forgot to say, I don't feel committed to starting again & that's worrying me because I've never felt like that before0

Not a chance Badger!!
Was actually wondering what it would be like swirled into your yoghurt?! Probably just as well I didn't buy any todayStill giggle when I think about that bucket of yoghurt - it even has a handle!! :rotfl:

daisy, was that 3/4 of your 2 bottles?! Hoping it was 'just' the one!!
That's the thing with you though, you may not be eating low-carb but you are running like a mad woman so that will be doing you the world of good anyway.
I haven't been on me bike today, legs were way too tired, but had a good walk around Whitby (but not up the steps to the famous Abbey - forgot to mention that earlier - sorry Whitby). Should do a fair bit of walking around York tomorrow as well so at least I'm moving, but just not very much!! :rotfl:
