Hi All,
I've done ok-ish today. OH made bread with soya flour in the bread maker and it was terrible (bless him). Most recipies I have seen here use almond flour, I'm assuming thats because the soya stuff is rank! Wonder what I can do to use the stuff up (in good MSE fashion)
Wanted to try the fudge but OH used up all the eggs making tonnes of pasta (which I managed to avoid -hurrah!). Did eat a creme egg but kept one foot on the ground so that doesn't count, does it?"I am not a vegetarian because I love animals; I am a vegetarian because I hate plants." A. Whitney Brown0 -
Oh i deleted it.. dont like to leave personal stuff on here.
Can post again tho.
Was soooo young.
That's OK - I just thought I was going completely mad and everyone else could see something I couldn't - happens often enough (as I am the most unobservant person I know) that I assumed it must be me!0 -

Still feeling fat and bloated but didn't have much choc yesterday. Woke up craving roll mop herringIt was nice
Think my body has made it's mind up. Which is good
Back to work.
Have a good week all!

Decisions decisions, what am i gonna do??
Tis TOTM and i have gained just over a lb, have been bad lately but wasnt doing very good on losing anyway, so, i dont kno whether to do something else, but what i dont know
Am fed up, but liking my tummy area.
Is not a very nice day, we had rain last night, and the sun always makes me feel happier even if i cant get out in it.
Maybe i should make an effort to drink more and get exercising, then take it from there.
As mercy said, back to work today :rolleyes:0 -
Good morning all :hello:
Still hungry
Felt like I didn't eat enough yesterday plus the 40 minute bike ride made me feel really tired & I was cold last nightWhinge, whinge, moan, moan!! So, not a good day yesterday. Not a good start to the day today either, got weighed & I've put on a lb??
So feeling fed up & hungry this morning.
Not sure what my menu will be today but at the moment I'm craving hot buttered granary toast. No granary bread in the house so think I'm safe from that one but I'm sure I could fine something naughty to eat if I put my mind to it (can see a Wispa from where I'm sitting!!)0 -

Ah, but Mazzers, if I didn't have the yoghurt I'd start craving puddings!
A fine day back at work today... warning though, it's gonna start getting busy again - I'm expecting to be in the office 8am-8pm the next couple of days, partying with my colleagues on Friday and off to London Monday, so this might be my last post for a while...
Sunday
Scrambled eggs
Hemp-nut roast with salad
Monday
2 fried eggs and 3 Linda McCartney sausages
Half a bucket of yoghurt
Tuesday (today)
Half a bucket of yoghurt
Graze box - cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dried blueberries and dates (way too many carbs, not happy about that)
"Hot Salad" (fresh carrot, mushroom, spinach and silken tofu stirred in the wok with whole peanuts, chilli oil, ginger and soy sauce)
You'll notice I didn't eat any dinners over the holiday - put that down to inactivity. Hopefully it's got me out of those 10pm hunger pangs though, so I can safely have dinner in the early evenings again
